The project of Hangzhou Haishu School with a kindergarten and a primary school, is located in the Western Science and Technology City of Hangzhou.The architecture and interior design are both designed by LYCS Architecture.
It is inspired by a random impromptu child drawing that depicts his ideal school which is like a small town full of small scale spaces and “happy” streets.Based on this inspiration, we divided the 28,000m² campus into 15 much smaller scale gabled volume.
The scale of each volume graduall increases according to the growth of children’s age and the variation in their behaviors. A comfortable campus environment is formed by small inner courtyards within and among these volumes.
The school project consists of teaching buildings, an administration building, a gym, a canteen, etc. All the functional spaces are connected in series through corridors, inner courtyards and corridors of different opening degrees.
Exposed stairs and corridors shaped dynamically are not only designed for circulation, but also for plenty of activity spaces.
Under the gabled roofs are various common areas particularly designed for different types of gatherings, communications and social activities. As a mini society, the school enables students to build their own social consciousness with daily experience.
항저우 하이슈 미래과학기술학교
항저우 하이슈 미래과학기술학교의 유치원과 초등학교 프로젝트는 항주 서부 과학기술도시에 있다.
건축과 인테리어디자인 모두 LYCS Architecture에 의해 설계되었다. 이 학교는 작은 규모의 공간과 “행복한”거리로 가득한 작은 마을과 같은 이상적인 학교를 묘사한 즉흥적인 스케치에서 영감을 받았다.
이러한 영감에 기초하여, 28,000m²의 캠퍼스를 15개의 더 작은 규모의 박공지붕의 볼륨으로 나누었다. 각 볼륨의 규모는 아동 연령의 증가와 행동 변화에 따라 증가한다. 편안한 캠퍼스 환경은 이 볼륨 안의 안뜰에 의해 형성된다.
학교 프로젝트는 교육용 건물, 행정 건물, 체육관, 매점 등으로 구성되어 있다.
모든 기능적 공간은 복도, 안뜰 및 개구부가 다른 복도를 통해 연속적으로 연결된다.
역동적인 모양의 계단 및 복도는 순환을 위해 설계되었을 뿐만 아니라 많은 활동 공간을 위해 설계되었다.
박공지붕 아래에는 여러 유형의 모임, 커뮤니케이션 및 사회 활동을 위해 특별히 고안된 다양한 공공 영역이 있다.
작은 사회로서 학교는 학생들이 매일의 경험으로 자신의 사회적 의식을 구축할 수 있도록 한다.
