House BL

Despite located in a rural context of complex characterization the BL house develops a true relation with the exterior surroundings through an extended patio that leads to a relaxing and contemplative sunken fire pit. The spacious and light –filled entrance hall suggests the other house spaces and combines the three floors in a straightforward way.

The proposal is for a rectangular shaped east/west plot of land with 2.748,00 m² . With a well stablished initial programm by the promoters, we opted for a 3 floor construction to contemplate the daily demands required by the different levels of the house. The basement incorporates the garage with acess through a exterior ramp that provides the transition be-tween levels. Two storage rooms, a technnical area and a room destinated to be a work out space complete the remaining area.

The entrance floor (street level) houses the social functions through a welcoming double high hall space where the staircase that gives acess to all the floors is located. From here an office and a toillet facility are distributed, and the living room and kitchen are reachable and in sight sharing the same exterior area, accecible through ample glass panels that keep this areas closer, visually and functionally.

The upper floor presents itself with a reading lounge that connects to the double high hall space and contin-ues to a corridor with closets that serve 2 rooms internally connected by a toilet facility. At the end and fac-ing west we find the master bedroom with toilet facility, a walk-in closet and a wide balcony overlooking the garden. On the exterior area the hundred-year-old cork oaks were given a major importance on stablishing the gar-den layout and atmosphere enhanced with the construction of a sunken fire pit as a gathering and contem-plative exterior spot.

하우스 BL

도심 외곽 지역에 위치함에도 불구하고, BL 하우스는 외부 주위 환경들과 조화를 이루며 연장된 파티오로 편안하고 명상적 선큰 화덕으로 이어진다. 널찍하고 밝은 빛으로 가득한 입구 홀은 집의 다른 공간을 제안하며 3층을 간단한 방법으로 통합한다.

설계안의 대지 조건은 2,748.00 m²의 직사각형 형태의 동/서쪽 대지이다. 기획자들에 의해 잘 짜인 초기 프로그램으로 건축가는 3층 시공을 선택하여 다른 층에서 필요한 일상적인 요구들을 고려하였다.

지하층은 창고와 중간층 간의 이동이 가능한 외부 램프로부터의 입구를 통합하였다. 두 개의 창고와 기능 공간 및 작업공간으로 나머지 공간이 채워진다. 입구 층(도로 높이)은 모든 층으로 접근할 수 있는 계단이 있고 층고가 두 배로 높은 환영의 홀을 통해서 사회성의 역할을 한다.

여기서부터 사무실과 화장실이 나뉘어, 거실과 부엌으로 갈 수 있으며, 시각적으로 같은 외부공간을 공유하는데 이는 시각적으로, 기능적으로 유리패널은 이 공간을 더 가깝게 느끼게 한다. 위층에는 책을 읽을 수 있는 라운지가 있는데 이 공간을 통해 층고가 두 배 높은 홀 공간과 연결되어 옷장이 있는 복도를 통해 화장실을 갖춘 2개의 방 내부로 이어진다.
