AAUXX CAMPUS is located near the riverfront of Exit 2 of Heyri Art Village. The land is narrow and long along the stream, and when viewed from Exit 1 of Heyri Art Village, the front of the south face is exposed. As such, the building had to take individual actions from the entrance facing the first exit of the village and the entrance facing the second exit.

The buildings are in harmony with the surrounding buildings and the adjacent roads of the North, with the presence of buildings being highlighted to those who pass from the south to the main entrance of the village.

The narrow and long site and the corresponding structure are exposed along the south side, and the presence is revealed through a large window. The north side of the building is accessible from the three-way road, with buildings that are viewed from each direction overlapping to appear to be mass figures, not just one being. This superposition of mass makes the building exist in a manner that conforms to the context of Heyri Village without overusing it. Between these overlays are connected with a soft curve, securing parking spaces and creating a smooth relationship between adjacent buildings. In addition, the curved shape divides the internal space into appropriate sizes, distinguishes the internal functions properly, and forms the rhythm of the space.

The first basement floor will consist of an acoustic space, the first floor will be a rest area(Cafe), and the second and third floors will be a work space. In particular, the focus of this project was to construct the workspace on the second and third floors. Each work space reflecting startup characteristics is arranged around the representative room consisting of partial voids and skip floor in the space. These various sizes of workspaces form a structure that activates communication in various units, such as individuals or teams. In addition, it induces natural access to the rooftop's resting area. Each space on the second and third floors is an individual space that helps employees relax, while the balcony prevents exposure to the work space while ensuring a pleasant workspace. Apart from the main core, the work space forms a circular motion with separate internal stairs, separating visitor and staff movements, and strengthening work-related communication.

억스캠퍼스

억스캠퍼스는 헤이리예술마을 2번 출구 하천변과 인근하여 자리 잡고 있다. 대지는 하천을 따라 좁고 기다란 형상인데, 헤이리예술마을 1번 출구에서 바라보면 남향의 전면이 노출되는 곳이다. 이렇게 건축물은 이 마을의 1번 출구에서 맞닥뜨리는 입면과 2번 출구와 접한 길에서 보이는 입면에서 개별적인 대응이 이뤄져야 했다.

건축물은 남측에서 마을의 주출입구로 통행하는 사람들에게 건축물의 존재감을 부각하는 것과 북측의 인접도로와 주변의 건축물과 조화를 이룬다. 좁고 긴 대지와 그에 따르는 건축물의 형상은 남측 방향을 따라 노출시키고, 대형 창으로 존재감을 드러낸다. 건축물의 북측은 세 방향의 도로에서 진입이 가능한데, 각 방향에서 바라보이는 건축물이 한 개의 존재가 아닌 여러 모습의 매스 형상으로 보이도록 중첩되어 있다. 이러한 중첩의 매스는 건축물이 과대해지지 않으면서도 헤이리마을의 컨텍스트에 순응하는 자세로 존재하도록 만든다. 이 중첩의 사이에는 부드러운 커브로 연결되며, 주차 공간을 확보하고 인접한 건축물 간의 부드러운 관계를 만들어낸다. 또한, 커브의 형상은 내부 공간을 적절한 크기로 분할하하여 내부기능을 적절히 구분하며, 공간의 리듬감을 구성하는 역할을 한다.

지하 1층은 음향 공간, 지상 1층은 휴게공간(Cafe), 지상 2, 3층은 업무공간으로 구성된다. 특히, 2, 3층의 업무공간을 구성하는 것은 이번 프로젝트의 중점이었다. 공간 내 부분적인 보이드 공간과 스킵플로어로 구성된 대표실을 중심으로 스타트업 특성이 반영된 각각의 업무 공간들이 배치되어 있다. 이 다양한 크기의 업무 공간은 개인 혹은 팀 등 다양한 단위의 커뮤니케이션을 활성화하는 구성을 이룬다. 뿐만 아니라 옥상의 휴게공간으로 자연스러운 접근을 유도한다.

2, 3층의 각 공간마다 직원들의 휴식을 돕는 개별적인 공간, 발코니는 업무 공간의 노출을 방지하면서도 쾌적한 업무 공간을 확보한다. 메인 코어와 별도로 업무 공간은 별도의 내부계단으로 순환 동선을 이루는데, 방문객과 직원 동선을 분리하고, 업무상의 커뮤니케이션을 강화한다.
