Martina, together with her family, chose the lake, the countryside. Here, among the rows of hazels, they manage the family farming activity. The old farmhouse was renewed, expands, becomes a home, becomes a refuge. Simple and compact, it accepts the needs of a modern life in close contact with nature. The house plan harmony is guaranteed by the subdivision of the space into three bands. The most convivial one, facing south, overlooks the fields. A more technical intermediate band houses the kitchen, the courtesy service and the pantry. To the north, the most intimate one for the night. Materials and colors interact with the external landscape. The light enters from the large windows of the living room and crosses the slots of the old original building illuminating the kitchen. The surrounding nature penetrates into the rooms.

The different surfaces design the living area. The desire to break the rigor and the silence of minimal furnishings materializes in the joints of the materials and in the staircase net. Moving over material-changing floor, from the ceramic to the cement, to the parquet of the sleeping area. The space, the biggest one, is for the little girls. A room to be shaped over time, where the game will become study, then intimacy to continue to grow together. An independent alcove is for small women who grow up with love for the green, the lake, the land.

마르티나

마르티나는 가족과 함께 호수가 있는 시골을 선택했다. 개암나무가 줄지어 늘어선 이곳에서 그들은 농사를 짓는다. 오래된 농가를 새롭게 확장하여, 집이자 쉼터를 만들었다. 단순하고 작으면서도 자연과 밀접하게 닿아 있는 현대적 삶의 요구를 수용하는 공간이다. 공간을 세 개의 그룹으로 세분화하여 평면을 조화롭게 계획하였다. 남쪽을 향하여 가장 경쾌하게 들판을 내려다보고 있다. 더 기능적인 중간 그룹은 부엌, 서비스 공간 그리고 식료품 저장고를 포함한다. 북쪽으로는 밤을 위한 가장 사적인 공간이 있다. 재료와 색상은 외부 풍경과 상호작용한다. 빛은 거실의 커다란 창문으로 들어와 부엌을 비추면서 오래된 본래 건물을 가로지르고 주위의 자연은 방 안으로 스며든다.

서로 다른 표면들이 생활공간을 구성한다. 엄격하고 미니멀한 가구들의 침묵을 깨뜨리고자 하는 욕구는 재료의 이음새와 계단의 그물망에서 구체화된다. 세라믹에서 시멘트로 바닥의 재료가 변하면서 침실로 이동한다. 가장 큰 공간은 어린 소녀들을 위한 공간이다. 아이들이 성장하면서 시간이 지남에 따라 형태도 바뀔 수 있는 친밀한 공간이다. 독립적인 알코브(벽감)는 푸르름, 호수, 땅에 대한 사랑과 함께 자라는 어린 여자 아이들을 위한 것이다.
