A space “to be”, “to receive”, so ‘Half House’ was the essential. Using natural materials that are characteristic of the projects and integration with the interior and exterior is paramount. The boldness came from the entrance tunnel, which as we passed through it and arrived at being wanted to convey a sense of breath, of peace, a disconnection from busy life and at the same time an analogy to time, here and now, to the memories of the kitchen with the noisy water garden at the door and the desire to enjoy this moment: to sit, to eat and to have a good wine!

mf+arquitetos’s inspiration always comes first from their architecture and from the natural materials they like. Materials that could make the space cooler, such as the stone floor. example, but at the same time has the warmth and contrast of the wooden lining. The Brazilian granite tunnel that brings us to emptiness connects us with the complete space. mf+arquitetos always seek to portray a Brazilian style of feeling, from materials to furniture and art objects, each with a story.

“있어야 할”,“ 받아야 할”장소, 그래서‛ 하프 하우스’가 필수적이었다. 프로젝트의 특징인 천연자재를 사용하는 것과 내부와 외부의 통합이 무엇보다 중요했다. 디자인의 대담함은 입구의 터널에서부터 나오는데, 터널을 지나 평화로운 느낌, 바쁜 생활과의 단절, 그리고 동시에 물의 정원이 있는 부엌에서의 추억과 앉고, 먹고, 좋은 와인을 마시는 이 순간을 즐기고자 하는 바람을 담고자 하는 데서 비롯된 것이다.

엠에프+아키텍처의 영감은 항상 그들의 건축과 그들이 좋아하는 자연 재료에서 나온다. 돌 바닥은 공간을 더 시원하게 만들며, 목재의 따뜻함과 대조를 이룬다. 비어있는 느낌을 주는 브라질의 화강암 터널은 완전한 공간과 우리를 연결한다. 엠에프+아키텍처는 재료에서부터 가구와 예술품에 이르기까지 브라질 스타일의 느낌을 각각의 스토리를 가지고 묘사한다.
