Park Adhocracy is a proposal for a new office creation. Adhocracy, unlike a traditional bureaucracy, is an innovative organizational structure that is flexible and arbitrarily adapts to an organization in line with the flexible organization system that is part of the pliable and multiple relationships of the modern society. We propose a new office that creates autonomous relationships through multiple locations by active selection, escaping from the confining space of the existing office.

Offi-Ludens puts the regression of Homo-Ludens, humans having fun, into the work space. The adhocracy relationship creates entertaining office spaces for members where unpredictable and heterogeneous elements coexist in various forms to naturally induce dynamic working methods. Through this, the boundary between work and life is broken so that active people create places for themselve.

A self-generated relationship in a bounded box of secret stories in a modern city that does not have various connections and forms an exclusive urban environment by establishing a flexible auto-poiesis system has been constantly created. We hope that it will play a complex role in the city as a multiplicity in which new worlds coexist.

1.Offi-Ludens, a Flexible Boundary between Work and Life

Homo-Ludens means humans having fun and this term is from a book by Johan Huizinga published in 1938. By blurring the distinction between work and play, it gives creativity to office spaces and forms a flexible boundary between work and life, creating a sustainable working environment in everyday life.

2. Absolute Space vs Space for a Flexible Relationship

In the frame of “Absolute Space” that can accommodate various functions, we propose a multiversal placing that can respond to an internal multilateral program. Offices operated with a hoteling system without regular seats can enable a new “office organization ecosystem” through dynamic communication and collaboration between departments and employees. In addition, by flexibly responding to diversified programs and unexpected activities, random relationships between members are created naturally.

3. Normadic Platform _ Self-Curating Place

A Nomadic Platform provides a nomadic work environment for a modern fluid and relational office. It awaits spontaneous action among the nomadically scattered static and dynamic spaces and forms a “Reserve Space” that coordinates movement and pauses. In situations where extraordinary chances are possible, users make their own daily lives by choosing their own place (Self-Curating Place).

4. Parallax Effect

Criss-Crossing through Multiple Parallax: Inside
In the internal work space where accidental non-routine encounters occur, viewpoints from multiple layers intersect based on void space and the parallax effect that perceives and moves differently depending on these viewpoints emerges.

Multilayered Relationships with the Natural Environment: Outside
The effect filters the external nature differently to form a singular atmosphere for each floor.

공주, 파크 애드호크라시(애터미 파크)

파크 애드호크라시는 새로운 오피스 혁신의 제안이다. 애드호크라시(Adhocracy)는 전통적 관료체계(Bureaucracy)와는 달리, 융통성을 가지고 조직에 임의적으로 적응하는 혁신적인 조직구조 체계로서, 유연한 조직 운영체계를 말한다. 유동적이고 다중적인 관계성을 수용하는 현대사회에 맞는 유동적 업무 조직체계에 맞춰, 기존 오피스의 공간을 탈피하여 능동적인 선택에 의한 다중적 장소화를 통해, 자생적 관계를 생성하는 새로운 오피스 방식을 제안한다.

오피-루덴스(Offi-ludens)는 놀이하는 인간, 즉 호모-루덴스의 회귀를 업무 공간에 대입한다. 애드호크라시적 관계 형성에 있어서 다양한 형태의 만남이 가능한 예측 불가능하고 이질적인 요소와 함께하는 놀이하는 공간, 유희하는 오피스 공간을 만들어주어 구성원들에게 생동감 있는 업무 방식을 자연스럽게 유도한다. 이를 통해 일과 삶의 경계를 허물어, 스스로 장소를 만들어나가는 능동적인 유기체를 만든다. 유연한 자율적 형식체계(Auto-poiesis System)의 구축을 통해, 다양한 연계를 하지 못하고 배타적인 도시환경을 이루고 있는 현대도시에 내밀한 이야기를 품은 경계의 상자 속에서 자기-생성(Self-generation)적 관계들을 끊임없이 만들어낸다. 새로운 세계들이 공존하는 다중체(Multiplicity)로서 도시의 복합적인 역할을 수행하길 기대해본다.

1. Offi - Ludens(오피루덴스), 일과 삶의 유연한 경계

호모-루덴스(Homo-ludens)란, ‘유희하는 인간’이라는 뜻으로, 요한 호이징어가 1938년 출간한 저서의 이름에서 유래한다. 일과 놀이의 구분을 흐림으로써 오피스 공간에 창의성(Creativity)을 부여하고, 그들 스스로 일과 삶 사이의 유연한 경계를 형성하여, 지속가능한 일상 속의 업무 환경을 마련한다.

2. 절대공간 vs 유연한 관계의 장

다양한 기능을 수용할 수 있는 ‘절대 공간’의 구조 틀 속에, 내부의 다변적 프로그램에 반응할 수 있는 다중적 장소화(Multiversal Placing)를 제안한다. 일정한 좌석 없이 호텔링 시스템으로 운영되는 오피스는 부서별, 조직원 간의 역동적인 소통과 협업을 통해 새로운 ‘사무 조직 생태계’가 가능하다. 또한, 다변화하는 프로그램과 예기치 못한 활동 등에 유연하게 대처함으로써 조직원 간의 임의적 관계들이 자생적으로 생성된다.

3. 노마딕 플랫폼(Normadic Platform) _자신만의 장소 선택(Self-Curating Place)

노마딕 플랫폼(Normadic Platform)은 유동적이고 관계지향적인 현대적 오피스에 유목적 업무 환경을 제공한다. 이는 유목적으로 흩뿌려진 정적, 동적인 공간 사이에서 자발적 행위를 기다리며, 움직임과 멈춤을 조율하는 ‘유보의 장’을 형성한다. 비일상적인 우연성이 잠재된 장에서 사용자들은 자신만의 장소를 선택 (Self-curating Place)하며 스스로 일상을 만들어나간다.

4. 시차효과(Parallax Effect)

다중적 시차를 통한 Criss-Crossing(상호 역교배); 내부

우연한 만남들이 비일상(Non-routine)적으로 충돌하는 내부의 업무공간은 보이드 공간을 중심으로 다층적으로 시선이 교차되며 시점에 따라 다르게 지각하며 움직이는 시차효과(Parallax Effect)가 나타난다.

자연 환경과 다층적 관계 맺기; 외부

높이에 따라 다르게 마주하는 외부자연을, 층별로 단독적인(Singular) 분위기가 형성되도록 필터링한다.
