The design of the Spectris Innovation Center Porto facilities was presented as a self-inflicted exercise. The lack of referential context, caused by the decision to expand one of the existing building's bodies to a completely inert attached warehouse space, was the starting point for the study of the interior occupation and an exterior building, as well as for the design and functional dynamics between the multiple contact spaces of both lots.
The privileged location next to Porto airport, subway and highways helped in the decision taken to occupy the neighboring building. The set of about 650 square meters is characterized by its configuration in a warehouse of rectangular volumetry, with its longitudinal axis oriented northeast-southwest and with a central nave. The division is vertical and takes place on 02 floors in the area of the existing offices (north) and an access to a backyard patio with about 500 square meters (south).
The entrance is the first functional unit that defines the symbiosis between the past and the innovation requested to the present. This is the premise on which the creative concept for the project is supported, through an ambitious program for the creation and distribution of around 60 open space jobs, in a fusion between meeting areas, team work areas, individual spaces and the expected decompression and leisure time. The central open space thus articulates the community in spaces for meeting and being with spaces for teamwork in a convergence of uses, functions and unequivocal scales for residents as well as for visitors.
The meeting spaces follows this scale in proportion and in the occupation of the existing space: starting from the auditorium as a generating element of different spaces (in themselves and surrounding, own and even resulting in excess) which are combined with the confining and structuring containers (agents of access control and upper floor limit) and as a structural element for team growth on the upper floor supported by these preliminary support points. The scale also follows the standard definition of the spectrum of use with micro contact points where we can, individually or in groups, extend the primary performance space.
Maximum performance implies a break, recovery and sometimes an escape. The placement of the dining hall in the backyard space proposes exactly that moment of meditation and contemplation, whether by the presence of the collective or the individual, the outer space is appropriate and in which we can freely breathe. The connection with the gym and the game room, justifies the sustainable attitude of comfort and well-being in modern office spaces, in addition to the individual conditions of each individual workstation.
As a unifying element of the entire space, we present the + system which in itself defines areas, functions and moods.
스펙트리스혁신센터
포르투(Porto)의 스펙트리스혁신센터 시설의 설계는 자발적 운동으로 제안되었다. 주변 맥락의 부족은 내부 공간의 점유 및 건물의 외부 공간 연구뿐만 아니라 두 대지의 다중 접촉 공간 사이의 설계 및 기능적 역학관계의 출발점이 되었다. 이는, 기존 건물의 몸체 중 하나를 완전히 비활성으로 연결된 창고 공간으로 확장하기로 결정했기 때문이다.
포르투 공항, 지하철 및 고속도로 옆이라는 특권적 위치가 인근 건물까지 사용하기로 한 결정에 영향을 주었다. 약 650㎡의 대지는 그 구성이 특징적이다. 주축이 북동-남서 쪽을 향하고 중심에 나브(nave, 차의 바퀴통)가 있는 것이 독특하다. 분할은 세로로 되어 있으며, 기존 사무실(북쪽)의 2층에 위치하고 약 500㎡의 (남쪽) 뒷마당을 이용할 수 있다.
주출입구는 과거와 현재에 요구된 혁신 사이의 공생을 정의하는 최초의 기능 단위이다. 이것은 회의 장소, 팀 작업 구역, 개별 공간 및 예상되는 감압 및 여가 시간 사이의 융합에서 약 60개의 열린 공간 일자리 창출과 분배라는 야심 찬 프로그램을 통해 이 프로젝트에 대한 창조적 개념을 지원하는 전제가 된다. 따라서 중앙의 열린 공간은 방문객뿐만 아니라 거주자들을 위한 용도, 기능, 명확한 척도의 융합에서 팀워크를 위한 공간을 충족하고 제공하기 위한 공간으로 공동체를 분명하게 표현한다.
회의 공간은 기존 공간의 점유와 비례하여 이 스케일을 따른다: 강당에서 시작하여 다른 공간(자신과 주변, 소유 및 결과 초과)의 생성 요소로서 컨테이너(접근 제어 및 위 층의 제한)와 결합되며, 이러한 예비 지점들이 상층부의 팀 성장을 위한 구조적 요소로 작용한다. 스케일 또한 기본 성능 공간을 개별적으로 또는 그룹으로 확장할 수 있는 마이크로 접점 지점과 함께 사용 스펙트럼의 표준 정의를 따른다.
최대 성능은 중단, 복구 및 때로는 탈출을 의미한다. 뒷마당에 식당을 배치하면 집단이나 개인의 존재 여부에 관계없이 외부 공간이 적절하고 자유롭게 호흡 할 수 있는 명상의 순간을 제안하게 된다. 체육관 및 게임실 과의 연결은 현대적인 사무공간에서 각 워크 스테이션의 개별 조건뿐만 아니라 안락함과 지속 가능한 태도를 정당화한다. 전체 공간의 통합 요소로서, 우리는 그 자체로 영역, 기능 및 분위기를 정의하는 + 시스템을 제안한다.
