Solutions.Rent Coworking, MALACHOWSKIEGO

 

A new, exceptional co-working office prepared for Solutions.Rent Coworking has appeared on the map of Warsaw. The interior is located in the renovated Raczynski tenement house, being an architectural gem of Warsaw. The biggest challenge was to design this office in a way to connect modernity and functionality with the pre-war, elegant block of the tenement house. 

 

 

Since the very beginning, the aim of the project was to create the interior in a way that would match the surroundings of the building. And so created was the concept of an eclectic office space which, next to its elegance, gives a sense of freedom, stimulates creativity, inspires to discover it continuously. The base of the project is a classic and timeless combination of white, black and gray.

 

 

And an important element of the whole project is the furniture - comfortable and practical, but, above all, domestic and elegant. The heart of the office, however, is definitely the bar one for each floor. It is a place of meetings and rest, but it will also do perfectly as a workspace in a less formal environment.

 

 

솔루션.렌트 코워킹, 말라초프스키

솔루션으로 등장한 새롭고 특별한 공유오피스. 바르샤바에 '솔루션. 렌트 코워킹’이 등장했다. 내부는 바르샤바의 건축적 보석인 Raczynski 공동주택을 개조하였다. 가장 큰 어려움은 이 사무실을 전쟁 전 아파트의 우아한 매스에 현대성과 기능성을 연결하는 방식으로 설계하는 것이었다.

 

 

초창기, 건물의 주변들과 어울리도록 인테리어를 만드는 게 프로젝트의 목표였다. 그리하여 창조된 것은 우아함 다음으로 자유를 느끼게 해주고 창조성을 자극하며 지속적으로 발견하도록 영감을 주는 다양한 사무공간의 개념이었다. 이 프로젝트의 기본은 고전적이고 유행을 타지 않는 백색, 흑색 그리고 회색의 조합이다.

 

 

그리고 전체 프로젝트의 중요한 요소는 가구이다. 편한하고 실용적이지만 무엇보다도, 가정적이며 우아한 가구. 그러나 오피스의 중심에는 무조건 각 층마다 바(bar)가 있어야 한다. 바는 회의와 휴식의 장소이나 비공식적인 환경에서는 완벽하게 업무공간으로서 역할을 할 것이다.
