Solutions.Rent Coworking, Ethos

 

Solutions.Rent Coworking’ opened its second coworking space in Warsaw - this time at Plac Trzech Krzyzy. Coworking space in the Ethos building is a premium class interior. The new office space in Ethos is distinguished by dynamics, energy, youth and rock & roll.

 

 

Coworking space in Ethos is an eclectic space - though with clear inspiration derived from the 1960s and 1970s. The industrial character of the office is emphasized by used materials (concrete, sheet metal, stone) and visible elements of the installed systems. Those using the offices can use individual desks and entire offices at their disposal. A total of 505 stations, as well as 12 fully equipped conference rooms, an event space for 200 people and a bar are at users’ disposal.

 

 

The atmosphere of the office is made by thoughtful accents and unique furniture. There are unique armchairs or chairs - which are original products from decades ago (even from the 1960s), which have been professionally renewed by the Yestersen team. They bring coziness and warmth, authentic retro elements into the expressive space. Besides, use of numerous photo wallpapers in the space was an interesting design idea - there are about 50 of them, and each one is different.

 

 

Photo wallpapers have both decorative and orientational function - with such a large space it is much easier to arrange a meeting next to a specific pattern. Green walls in the seating area also are another interesting idea. In the office - there are two large installations of this type - they enliven the dark interior illuminated with artificial light.

 

 

솔루션.렌트 코워킹, 에토스

‘솔루션.렌트 코워킹’은 바르샤바 두 번째 공동작업 공간을 세 개의 십자가 광장(Plac Trech Krzy) 근처 에토스 빌딩 안에 열었다. 에토스 빌딩의 공동작업 공간은 프리미엄급 인테리어로 디자인됐다. 이 사무 공간은 역동성과 에너지, 젊음, 록앤롤로 설명할 수 있다. 솔루션.렌트 코워킹, 에토스는 1960년대와 70년대에서 유래한 영감으로 만들어졌다. 사무실의 산업적인 성격은 콘크리트, 판금, 석재 같은 재료들로 강조된다. 사무실을 사용하는 사람들에게 개인 책상과 사무실 전체 공간이 제공되며, 사용자는 505개의 작업 장소와 12개의 회의실, 200명을 수용하는 이벤트 공간, 음식을 먹을 수 있는 바 공간을 마음껏 이용할 수 있다.

 

 

사무실의 분위기는 사용자들을 배려하는 포인트들과 독특한 가구로 나타난다. 사무실에 있는 1960년대 느낌의 독특한 안락의자는 고풍스럽고 빈티지한 생활용품을 전문적으로 큐레이션 하는 예스터슨에 의해 새롭게 만들어진 것이다. 이 가구들은 사용자들이 공간을 안락하고 따뜻하게 느끼도록 하며, 복고풍의 공간을 만들어 낸다. 이 외에도 공간에 사용된 수많은 이미지 벽지들은 재미있는 디자인 요소로 작용한다.

 

 

벽지는 약 50개가 사용됐으며, 벽지 각각의 이미지들은 모두 다르다. 넓은 사무공간은 특정한 패턴 장식이 반복되는 옆에서 회의를 구성하기 쉬운데, 이미지 벽지들은 공간을 장식하면서 사용자들이 공간을 인지하도록 기능한다. 사무실에 두 개의 커다란 녹색 벽도 흥미로운 공간을 만든다. 녹색 벽은 어두운 톤으로 조성된 내부 공간을 인공적인 빛과 자연으로 활기찬 곳으로 만들어준다.
