선전 광밍 국제 승마센터

선전 광밍 국제 승마센터는 중국의 제15회 전국 승마 경기장의 마장마술과 쇼 점프 경기를 위한 주요 경기장으로 계획되었다. 대지의 동측으로 산이 있어 서측 도로와의 높이 차이가 큰 지형으로, 주 행사장을 고가로 높여 산의 굴착을 최소화하고, 하부에는 주차할 수 있는 공간을 두었다. 중국의 전통적인 경사 지붕을 연상시키는 접착 라미네이팅 목재 구조는 전형적인 지붕 트러스의 특성을 그대로 유지하면서 파격적으로 높은 볼륨을 만들었다. 

시설에는 약 200마리의 말을 수용할 수 있는 마구간과 메인 경기장, 실내 훈련장, 야외 훈련장, 이벤트 공간이 마련되어 있다. 행사장의 지상층은 서로 다른 고도에 분포하는 다양한 스케일의 ‘갤러리’를 통해 상호적으로 연결되어 있다. 복도는 빛과 바람, 풍경이 건물을 관통하여 자연 요소와의 반복적인 조우를 통해 중국적인 문화 분위기를 고조시킨다. 행사장 내부는 개방적으로 계획할 수 있는 충분한 공간을 두어 승마 문화에 대한 몰입감 있는 경험을 선사한다.

 

 

Shenzhen Guangming International Equestrian Center was designed as the main venue for dressage and show jumping events of the 15th National Games. The mountain on the east side creates a significant elevation difference with the road on the west side, and the main venue was elevated to minimize excavation of the mountain, with a parking space underneath. The laminated timber structure, reminiscent of traditional Chinese pitched roofs, maintains the characteristics of typical roof trusses while creating an exceptionally high volume.

 

The facility includes stables for approximately 200 horses, a main arena, an indoor training arena, an outdoor training arena, and event spaces. The ground floor of the event hall is interconnected through various “galleries” of different scales distributed at different elevations. Light, wind, and scenery enter enter the building through corridors, enhancing the cultural atmosphere through repeated encounters with natural elements. The interior of the event hall offers ample space for an open-plan design, providing an immersive experience of equestrian culture.
