Tiny House in YOKOHAMA

This small house is a standalone home built by adult children for their parents. To enable easy parking on the small 60.42m2 plot with a 3m road, the architect created a shortcut. To provide privacy in the bedroom and a spacious living area, a loft was installed between the first and second floors. The architect made an effort to create a space that could meet users' demands and enable them to live comfortably, rather than giving up something. As a result, the architect completed a small house for the elderly couple and their cat.

이 작은 집은 자녀들이 노부모의 생을 위해 지은 단독주택이다. 60.42m2의 작은 부지에 3m의 도로를 끼고 있는 이 집에 주차가 용이하도록 건축가는 짧은 지름길을 만들었다. 침실의 프라이버시와 넓은 생활공간을 위해 1층과 2층의 사이에 로프트가 설치됐다. 무언가를 포기하기보다는 이용자의 요구를 받아들이고 풍요롭게 살 수 있는 공간을 만들고자 노력한 건축가는 노부부와 고양이를 위한 작은 집을 완성할 수 있었다.
