Hangho Land Boma No. 36 Villa’s Private Basement Club

Inspired by the poem "Travel to the Country of Cherry Blossoms" written by the ancient Chinese poet Wang Wei, this project was designed as a poetic urban space reminiscent of the picturesque landscape in the poem. The reception area is faintly visible through wooden louvers. Automatic folding doors open and close between the reception hall and entertainment area, separating the two functional areas and connecting them with an external atrium. The combination of gray travertine, white marble, and walnut wood on the bronze footrests of the bar counter shows exquisite craftsmanship and elegance. The Western-style open kitchen and entertainment area are optimized for parties and recreational activities. The designer carefully concealed the pillars in the open kitchen, overcoming the flaws of the existing space structure and enhancing both the aesthetics and functionality of the area.

고대 중국 시인인 왕 웨이(Wang Wei)가 쓴 “벚꽃의 나라로의 방문(桃源行)”이라는 시에 빗대어 이 프로젝트는 시 속의 그림같은 전경을 도시적이고 시적인 공간으로 계획됐다. 리셉션 영역은 목재 루버 사이로 희미하게 보인다. 리셉션 홀과 엔터테인먼트 영역에서는 접이식 자동문이 유연하게 닫히거나 열린다. 이는 외부 아트리움과 두 개의 기능적인 영역을 분리할 뿐만 아니라 연결하기도 한다. 회색 트레버틴과 바 카운터의 황동 발판은 흰 대리석과 호두나무가 사용되어 완벽한 조합으로 정교함과 우아함을 보여준다. 서양식의 오픈 키친과 엔터테인먼트 영역은 파티와 오락 활동에 최적화됐다. 디자이너는 정교하게 오픈 키친에 기둥이 드러나지 않도록 설계했고, 이를 통해 기존 공간 구조의 결점을 극복하면서, 심미성과 기능성을 향상시켰다.
