Xincheng Hongdao bay abandons the spatial sequence relation of the traditional “three entry and four courtyards”, but retains the method of dividing the space by using courtyard space. In modern life, we emphasize the occlusion and penetration relation of the space through more direct ways, and form the rhythm relation through the closing and setting of the space.
In the process of conception, we extracted three keywords: “static”, “mirror” and “environment”. “Static” - The base is located in the coastal landscape belt of Jiaozuo bay. The waves give us a sense of pure and quiet place. “Mirror” - We achieve the integration with the “post-growth” environment through the mirror surface technique. “Territory” - The construction of the space of the red island bay itself. From the understanding of “static” - “mirror” - “environment”.
Taking the sea surface as the extraction element, the shimmering visual feeling is created through the scale form of the metal curtain wall, and the static thinking space is reflected by the scale movement contrast, while the integration of architecture and environment can be realized through the mirror.
홍다오 뉴타운 전시장
새로운 홍다오의 뉴타운을 보여주는 전시장은 전통적인 형태의 세 개의 출입구와 네 개의 뜰로 구성되어 있다. 공간적 배열 관계는 그대로 유지하면서, 안뜰을 사용하여 공간을 분리한다. 현대의 삶에서 공간의 폐쇄와 침투의 관계를 직접적인 방식으로 강조하여 공간을 닫거나 공간을 설정하여 리듬 관계를 형성한다.
디자인은 정적, 거울, 환경이라는 키워드를 가지고 진행되었다. 정적은 조용한 감각을 선사하는 것을 의미한다. 거울은 입면 파사드 표면을 통해 발전하는 기술을 뜻한다. 환경은 홍다오의 주변 풍경을 의미하는 것이다.
입면의 파사드는 파도를 형상화한 것이다. 거울을 주 재료로 이용하여 물에 비춰보이는 해수면의 모습을 표현하고, 파사드의 조각화된 모습은 부숴지는 파도의 모습을 형상화 한 것이다. 이 시각적 효과는 정적인 공간에 활기를 가져다 주며, 건축과 주변 환경의 조화를 돕기도 한다.
