The rapid growth of modern urban lifestyles and cyberspace has led city dwellers to become increasingly disconnected from nature, yet there remains a deep-seated longing for green spaces. T33 Full-Time Center addresses this by connecting with eco-friendly green spaces within the urban skyline of Shenzhen. Instead of segregated floors and units, the entire space is divided into three vertically integrated green ecological systems and interconnected public function blocks. This is a smart structure that sustainably facilitates a seamless blend of work, life, and leisure. The three irregular masses of transparent glass that soar high form three-story outdoor terraces accessible via vertical staircases. Beyond the recycling of construction materials and the integration of smart technology, the architect designed the center to reflect the living and working environments desired by workers. This includes flexible workspaces, expanded areas for social interaction, and new-generation office facilities with sustainability in mind. The building incorporates modular units called “cloud hubs” that break down barriers between floors, creating more spaces for interaction and communication. This approach fosters a three-dimensional green office environment that provides shared spaces for interaction with nature. Through six 24-hour interconnected spaces, the T33 Full-Time Center offers a comfortable lifestyle that features a commercial atmosphere and an ideal office environment.
