Josaikai Dental Clinic boasts a highly unique design. While traditional dental clinics typically feature a layout where treatment rooms face the hallway, where patients only see the dentist, this space is designed to provide patients with views of plants and the sky. Treatment rooms and gardens are arranged in a cross pattern, and patients enter through an elegant waiting room where they can observe the staff's activities and treatment rooms beyond the garden. When viewed from the outside, the treatment rooms appear to be enclosed by the long frame of the hallway, adding a striking visual element to the horizontal landscape.

조사이카이 치과 의원은 매우 독특한 디자인을 가진다. 기존의 치과들이 전형적으로 설계되어 진료실 환자들이 복도를 마주하며 오직 의사를 바라보는 구성을 가졌다면, 이 치과 공간은 환자가 식물들과 하늘을 볼 수 있도록 설계되어 있다. 진료실들과 정원들은 교차되어 배치됐으며, 환자들은 정원을 넘어 직원들의 활동과 진료실을 볼 수 있는 고급스러운 대기실을 통해 입장한다. 밖에서 볼 때 진료실은 복도의 긴 프레임에 의해 함께 경계 지어진 공간처럼 보이는데, 이러한 건축물의 형태는 가로 경관에 인상적인 풍경을 더한다.
