he existing building was desolate, contrasting yet integrating with the lush greenery of thesurroundings. The architectwanted to establish a new dialogue between nature and the building,creating experiences related to everyday life. Adjacent to the dormitory buildingsand the palacetothe east and southand, the sitesituated beneath Yanhan Mountainlocatedinthe north and west.This project issetwithin the OCT LOFT, a creative park that has accumulated rich cultural resourcesover the years. The architect based the design on three main pillars: the fusion of art and commerce,complementary dining and working spaces, andabranding-focused spatial operation. The secondfloor serves as an active space for pop-up markets and exhibitions, while the third floor mainlyfunctions asaworkspace. The fourth floor is the most versatile, capable of accommodating urbanexhibitions, bookstores, gallery theaters, and more.

기존의 건물은 황폐하여 주변의 푸르른 녹지와 대조적이면서도 통합되어 있었다. 건축가는 자연과 건물 사이에 새로운 대화를 정립하고 일상생활과 관련된 경험을 창출하고자 했다. 동쪽과 남쪽의 기숙사 건물과 궁정에 인접해 있으며, 북쪽과 서쪽의 옌한산 아래에 자리 잡고 있다. 이 프로젝트는 수년간 풍부한 문화 자원을 축적해 온 창조적이고 문화적인 공원인 OCT LOFT 내에 위치하고 있다. 건축가는 예술과 상업의 결합, 식음 공간과 업무 공간의 보완성, 브랜딩 중심의 공간 운영 등 3대 핵심을 바탕으로 설계를 진행했다. 2층은 팝업 마켓과 전시를 위한 활발한 공간이고, 3층은 주로 작업공간으로 기능한다. 4층은 가장 복합적인 공간으로 도시 전시장, 서점, 갤러리 극장 출입구 등을 수용할 수 있다.
