중국 이자카야 브랜드인 야키토리의 소비가 늘어남에 따라 독자적인 매장들이 늘어나고 있다. 이에 따라, 도시적인 분위기 속 불 앞에서 따뜻하게 먹고 즐기는 분위기의 새로운 매장이 들어섰다.

 

비거 클럽 디자인이 설계한 식당 버드 야키토리는 모든 식사 공간이 바 형태이다. 그렇기 때문에 바의 길이와 좌석의 갯수는 식당 디자인 과정에서 가장 중요한 요소였다. 디자이너는 바의 형태와 가능성을 최우선으로 식당 공간을 구성했다. 주방을 안쪽으로 감싸고 있는 기둥이 있는 넉넉한 공간이 식사 공간과 주방이 배치됐고, 기둥들은 부엌 안 쪽에 숨겨져 있다. 연속적인 반고리 형태가 전체적인 공간을 시각적으로 이어지도록 보이게 한다. 화장실, 수납실, 직원 탈의실 등 나머지 소규모 서비스 공간은 다기능 '코어'(인프라 및 순환코어)로 별도 마련되어 있다.

As the demand for Chinese Izakaya brand Yakitori has increased, independent locations are multiplying. Accordingly, even in the city of Xianjian, there are now Yakitori restaurants where customers can sit in front of a fire and enjoy a warm meal.

 

Designed by Bigo Club Design, the restaurant Bird Yakitori features a bar-shaped dining space. Therefore, the length of the bar and the number of seats were the most critical factors in the restaurant's design and the designer prioritized the form and possibilities of the bar in shaping the dining area. A spacious area surrounds the kitchen, with columns enclosing it, and these columns are concealed within the kitchen. The continuous ring shape visually connects the entire space. Other small-scale service areas such as bathrooms, storage rooms, and employee changing rooms are provided separately as a multi-functional “core” (infrastructure and circulation core).
