DoThink – Wings Hangzhou Sales Center

This is the sales center of Wings Hangzhou, a residential property developed by DoThink in Hangzhou, China. The sales center is paved with marble floors characterized by straight crevices and light tones that create a warm atmosphere under the soft lighting of the lounge upon entering. The subsequent reception area uses a combination of metal and black granite to create a dynamic pattern. This shows a contrast between what is solid and smooth and enriches the sensory experience of space. The marble floor that extends to the model exhibition hall and the deep-colored walls finished with acacia wood enrich the interior through glass-encased edges, and the light reflected back and forth along the glass produces a feeling of being disconnected from the spatial order outside. The fusion of solid and smooth that is formed using various materials in the city center provides a cozy space with elegance and style.

중국 항주에 DoThink가 개발한 주거용 부동산인 윙스 항주의 판매센터다. 판매센터는 들어서자마자 맞이하는 휴게실의 은은한 불빛 아래 따뜻해 보이는 밝은 색조와 곧은 균열이 특징인 대리석 바닥으로 포장되어 있다. 이어지는 리셉션은 메탈과 검은색 화강암이 함께 사용되어 역동적인 패턴을 연출한다. 이를 통해 견고함과 부드러움의 대조를 보여주고 공간이 주는 감각적인 경험을 풍부하게 만든다. 모델 전시장까지 이어진 대리석 바닥과 아카시아 나무로 마감된 깊은 색의 벽체는 유리에 싸인 모서리를 통해 내부를 풍성하게 하고, 유리를 따라 이리저리 반사되는 빛을 통해 외부의 공간질서와 단절되는 느낌을 준다. 도심 속에서 여러 재료를 이용해 형성한 부드러움과 견고함의 융합은 우아함과 멋스러움으로 아늑한 공간을 제공한다.
