Future Rural Life Center in Tuanshi Village

This Rural Life Center is located in Tuanshi Village, Xiaonanhai Town, belonging to Longyou Xian in Quzhou. It faces the Qu Jiang River to the south, and if you cross the road from the site, you can see the river view at a glance. The Rural Life Center was constructed with a design approach centered on on-site communication. A new process was adopted to produce the necessary drawings, and discussions about the execution method took place directly on-site. As a public space for local residents, the Rural Life Center was converted from a building that was originally used as a factory into a large and spacious space that can be used for commercial purposes. It provides various functions such as property management services for village residents, agricultural product exhibitions, and agricultural live streaming for technical support. It also has co-working spaces, banquet halls, and multifunctional conference rooms.

이 농촌라이프센터는 취저우시 룽유 현에 속한 샤오난하이 타운의 툰시 마을에 있다. 남쪽으로 취장 강과 마주보며, 부지에서 길을 건너면 강의 경치를 한눈에 볼 수 있다. 농촌라이프센터는 현장 소통 중심의 설계 방식으로 건설됐다. 필요한 도면을 제작하는 새로운 공정을 채택하여 진행했으며, 실행 방법에 대한 논의는 현장에서 바로 이뤄졌다. 농촌라이프센터는 지역 주민들을 위한 공공 공간이기에, 원래 공장으로 사용되었던 건물을 상업적으로 사용할 수 있도록 크고 넓은 공간으로 개조했다. 마을 사람들을 위한 재산 관리 서비스, 농산물 전시회, 기술 지원 농업 라이브 스트리밍 등 다양한 기능을 제공하며, 코워킹 사무실, 연회장, 다기능 회의실 등을 갖추고 있다.
