ESPRIT is a house for a building owner who operates a lifestyle design company. Next to the pilothouse parking lot, which can accommodate two cars, there is an entrance that leads into the house. Next to the entrance is a weight training space. On the second floor, in addition to personal spaces such as a bathroom, children's room, and master bedroom, there is a library that utilizes the open space around the stairs as a family interaction space. The family room takes up the third floor and has a deep balcony overlooking the street. Functional elements such as storage space, kitchen, elevator, bathroom, and stairs are intensively arranged along the wall that vertically penetrates the house. Natural light and ventilation flow along the north-south axis, and on the rooftop, there is an outdoor kitchen, furniture, and a small parasol garden. Connecting indoor and outdoor living spaces and surrounded by greenery, it creates a quiet atmosphere while still providing an attractive view.

ESPRIT는 라이프스타일 디자인 회사를 운영하는 건축주를 위한 집이다. 2개의 차를 주차할 수 있는 필로티 주차장 옆에는 집 내부로 들어갈 수 있는 입구가 있다. 입구 옆에는 웨이트 트레이닝 공간이 있다. 2층에는 화장실, 어린이실, 안방 등 개인 공간 외에도 계단 주변의 개방된 공간을 가족 교류 공간으로 활용하는 도서관이 있다. 가족실은 3층을 차지하고 있으며, 거리가 내려다보이는 깊은 발코니가 있다. 주방 외에도 수납공간, 주방, 엘리베이터, 욕실, 계단 등 기능적인 요소들이 집 안을 세로로 관통하는 벽을 따라 집중적으로 배치돼 있다. 자연광과 환기는 남북축을 따라 흐르며, 옥상에는 야외 주방과 가구, 작은 파라솔이 있는 정원이 있다. 실내와 실외의 생활공간을 연결하고 녹지로 둘러싸면 조용한 분위기가 조성되는 동시에 여전히 매력적인 전망을 제공한다.
