The core value of vivo is "fun, vitality, innovative technology", and its core value runs throughout the design. The architectural design intended to bring the latest office experience to the global enterprise of vivo, and provide employees with a comfortable office space. CCD put forward the design concept of "the nest of hope, the light of technology". The vivo industrial park is massive area is composed of several buildings connects with bridges. The building itself uses cement, black steel and wood grain aluminum as the main material, coupled with a circular impact of visual impact, so that the site exudes a unique industrial style of the atmosphere.

vivo 사옥의 인테리어는 vivo의 핵심 가치인 “재미, 활력, 혁신적인 기술”이 설계 전반에 적용됐다. 이 프로젝트는 글로벌 바이오 기업에 최신 사무 환경을 조성하고 직원들에게 편안한 사무 공간을 제공하기 위한 것이다. CCD는 둥지 같은 모습에서 영감을 얻었고 “희망의 둥지, 기술의 빛”이라는 디자인 개념을 세웠다. vivo 산업단지는 여러 동의 건물이 다리로 연결되어 있다. 건물은 시멘트와 검은 철재, 목재와 결합한 알루미늄이 주 재료로 사용됐는데, 재료들이 주는 시각적 충격과 형태에서 비롯된 감명이 결합되어 독특한 산업의 유형을 드러낸다. 또한, 내부 공간은 외부에서 내부로의 전환을 보다 원활하게 하기 위해 여러 타원형 요소가 통합되어 있다.
