TBWA/HAKUHODO is a global advertising agency that disperses new ideas and discusses their philosophy of "Division." In contrast to the collaborative and shared spaces on the 5th and 6th floors, the newly created 4th floor is focused on "individuals." The vast and spacious new environment was created by exposing the structure of the existing building. Separated by images of "rest," "focus," and "sharing," the area has a feeling of being surrounded by nature following natural light. Developing a space where people can comfortably concentrate in a spacious area away from the stresses of urban life and work, has created an area that provides comfort and privacy.

TBWA\HAKUHODO는 새로운 아이디어를 전파하며 “분열”이라는 그들의 철학을 이야기하는 글로벌 광고기획사다. 5, 6층에 있던 협업과 공동 작업을 위한 사무실과는 상반되게, 새롭게 만들어진 4층은 “개인”에 초점을 맞춘 공간이다. 기존 건물의 구조를 노출시키면서 광활하고 넓은, 새로운 환경이 공간에 구성됐다. “휴식”, “집중” 그리고 “공유”의 이미지에 따라 분할된 광활한 공간은 자연광을 따라가며 자연으로 둘러싼 느낌이 들 수 있도록 배치됐다. 붐비는 도시 생활과 일의 스트레스에서 벗어나 넓은 공간에서 편하게 집중할 수 있는 공간을 조성함으로써 안락함과 프라이버시를 제공하는 공간이 만들어졌다.
