The Merieux Nutrisciences is a multinational company which is dealing with chemical analyses and microbiological for the food&nutrition, ambiental, pharma, cosmetic, consumer goods, packaging and agrochemicals areas. The Resana’s center is in the Treviso’ s province, and it got structured as a reference pole of the all north of Italy.
The architectural project presented is the result of ten-year collaboration with the client, and it aims at the solution of a contest characterized by functional complexity, derived by the scope of operations of the company and consequent to the need of a progressive development of the business activity started, in a not exactly industrial contest. The buildings have the use of analysis laboratories or executive spaces, canteen and fun spaces for the employees.
The project development finds inspiration in the need to place the different work sectors in the area putting first the dimensional relationship between the volums, the operation of the connecting and movement of workers routes, besides the landscape of the countryside. We think the blocks built independently or through added level and joined by functional paths. The buildings are characterized by simple shapes immediately recognizable, lightened in their mass by the balance control of the interspacing of the windows, of the design of the logge , terraces, internal courts, where the natural green was placed. This choice provides a romantic dimension to the complex, where the nature override the built, making it more human and less artificial, mitigating the impact to the around and making occasion of “good living” for its inhabitants.
We take care to the plant design because of their important role, like that it was employed large machinery for the heating, the recovery, the filtration and the air wave in the atmosphere, besides the equipment for the work of analisys. The basic principle in this area was the search for the total integration of the artefacts inside the architecture, so that presenting them not as additional elements, but as integral elements, watching the industrial building metaphorically as a pulsanting engine of the activity carried out the building.
The costructive way is the dry method, that is prefabricated structures in concrete or steel and with wood panelings and metal insulated panels. The external surfaces are characterized by the titanium zinc sheet, worked with the double crimping. The choice of this material is to obtain a general aesthetic balance and a contextual effect of lightening of the volums. The changing soul of the metal is going to adapt very well to the different situation of light and climate, it gives to the industrial center the good inclusion with the natural green designed inside the Veneto countryside.

이 건축 프로젝트가 보여준 것은 고객과 십 년간의 협력의 결과이며, 그것은 정확히는 산업적인 경연에서 시작된 사업 활동의 점진적인 발전의 필요성과 회사의 운영 범위에 의해 도출되는 기능적 복잡성으로 특징지어지는 경연대회의 해결책을 목표로 한다. 건축물들은 분석 실험실 혹은 임원실, 구내식당 그리고 직원들을 위한 오락 공간의 용도를 가지고 있다. 프로젝트 개발은 농촌의 풍경 외에도 부피, 연결성 및 근로자 경로 이동 간의 차원적 관계를 최우선으로 하는 지역에 다양한 작업 부문을 배치해야 할 필요성에서 영감을 얻었다. 우리는 동들이 독립적으로 건설되었거나 적층에 의해 건설되어 기능적 경로들에 의해 결합되었다고 생각한다. 건축물은 바로 기억할 수 있는 단순한 형상 특징 된다. 그들의 부피감은 창문, 테라스, 자연의 초목이 위치한 안뜰 간의 간격을 두는 균형 조절에 의해 가벼워졌다. 이러한 선택은 자연이 건축물을 능가하여, 더 인간적이고 덜 인위적으로 만들어, 주변에 대한 충격을 완화하고, 거주자들을 위한 "좋은 삶"의 기회를 만들어 복합단지에 로맨틱한 차원을 부여해 준다.
건축가는 분석업무를 위한 설비 외에도 방열, 회복, 그리고 공기의 정화 및 흐름을 위해 큰 기계를 사용하는 중요한 역할을 하는 공장의 설계에 더욱 신경을 썼다. 이 영역의 기본 원칙은 건축물 내부의 인공물들 완전한 통합을 추구하는 것이였다. 따라서 그것들을 추가적인 요소가 아니라 통합된 요소로서, 건축물을 수행하는 활동의 맥동 엔진으로서 산업 건물을 은유적으로 보는 것이었다.
건설 방식은 콘크리트나 강철, 목재 패널과 금속 절연 패널로 미리 조립된 구조인 건식이다. 외부 표면은 이중 압착 작업된 티타늄 아연 강판으로 특징 된다. 이 자재의 선택은 일반적인 미적 균형 및 볼륨 채광의 맥락적 효과를 얻기 위함이다. 철재의 변화하는 영혼은 빛과 기후의 다양한 상황들에 잘 적응할 것이며, 그것은 산업 중심지에 베네토 시골에 설계된 자연 초목을 잘 포함시킨다.
