Angular, shimmering brick veneer facades in green, yellow, aubergine, and red gives a strong identity to HHF Architects’ winning entry for part of the new master plan Parc du Simplon in Renens, Lausanne. The ruggedness and simplicity of the bricks are evocative of the site’s industrial history, while the glazed surfaces contribute to the lively atmosphere of the area.

 

The quarter mixes different housing types and standards, from mini lofts designed for flexible use to family apartments and penthouse units with generous rooftop terraces. Facilities for the general public are teamed with the deep mini lofts modelled on Dutch examples, which enlivens the ground floor of the urban building ensemble.

 

Once you enter any of the three- or four-storied buildings, you instantly know which one you are in, since the inner ceilings in semi-public spaces are painted in corresponding colour. Equally applied on the underside of the spiralling concrete staircases, which creates a near-psychedelic effect. The exterior hues are correspondingly applied on the windowsills, balcony fences and retractable awnings.

 

Inall the four vibrant buildings contain a total of 70 dwelling units along with studios and retail space. The tenants of Aux Entrepôts moved in in June 2021, adding another layer of life to the area adjacent to the Renens Station.

거리를 반짝이는 색채로 밝히는 오 앙트헤포 공동주거단지

 

오 앙트헤포 공동주거단지는 4개의 건물에 스튜디오 및 상점까지 더한 총 70개 세대가 있는 주거복합용 건축물이다. 녹색, 노란색, 가지색 및 빨간색의 반짝이는 각진 벽돌 베니어판 파사드는 로잔의 르낭에 새워진 새로운 마스터 플랜으로 강력한 정체성을 가지고 있다. 이 지역의 산업은 오랜 역사를 가지고 있는데, 벽돌의 견고함과 단순함이 이를 떠올리게 만들며 유약 처리된 반짝반짝한 파사드는 지역의 활기찬 분위기를 보여준다.

 

이 구역에는 다양한 용도로 사용될 수 있는 미니 로프트부터 가족 아파트 및 넓은 옥상 테라스가 있는 펜트하우스 단위에 이르기까지 기본 및 다양한 주택 유형이 혼합되어 있다. 일반 대중을 위한 시설은 네덜란드 사례를 모델로 한 깊은 미니 로프트와 조화를 이루어 도시 건물 앙상블의 1층을 활기차게 만든다.

 

3층 또는 4층 건물에 들어서면 반공용 공간의 내부 천장이 해당 색상으로 칠해지기 때문에 어느 건물에 있는지 즉시 알 수 있다. 나선형 콘크리트 계단의 밑면에 동일하게 적용되어 거의 환각 효과를 만든다. 외부 색조는 창턱, 발코니 울타리 및 개폐식 차양에 상응하게 적용된다.
