There is a maximum level difference of 1.4m between the site and the road. The plan is to make use of the level difference. The garden goes down a gentle slope towards the road. The roof stretches along the slope of the slope and goes down. The outside garden is surrounded by a perforated roof so that the garden is continuous with the room.
하우스 인 호조는 대지와 전면도로 사이에 최대 1.4m 정도의 높이차가 있는 대지에 세워졌다. 이러한 경사를 활용하여 완만한 경사가 있는 정원을 만들어졌으며, 집의 가장 큰 특징이기도 한 지붕은 대지의 경사면을 따라 디자인된 것이다. 중간이 뚫려있는 지붕 아래는 거주자들만을 위한 정원은 자연스럽게 실내 공간과 이어진다.
