The logistic office and warehouse were set among the mountains of Ruifang, on the outskirts of New Taipei City. The reconfigured space introduces a new approach to logistic offices as opposed to the stereotypical warehouse workplace. The design embodies a casual, warm and playful environment that reflects the belief in each individual’s ability to show initiative.

Given the large column span and high ceilings of the site, juxtaposing with the beautiful views of the surrounding mountains, they decided to explore the idea of Openness. J.C. Architecture created a place that promotes creativity, personalization and collaboration while playing a role between the interior and exterior. The arches design is inspired by the concept of the courtyard, framing them with different heights and widths to perfectly accommodate with the idea of gathering. The workstations are placed in what is called the “cloister area,” a hall enclosed by arches with one side facing the inner building and the other overlooking the courtyard. The courtyard is bright and opens as an outdoor plaza, and surrounded by the wooden arcade and its multiple doorways, linking the workstations and courtyard together. They created the layout in a human-scale approach with small groups and breathing spaces, as it dissolves the hierarchy of a typical office.

물류 사무실과 창고는 대만의 신베이시 외곽의 루이팡(Ruifang) 산 사이에 있다. 재구성된 공간은 전형적인 창고 작업장이 아닌 물류 사무소에 대한 새로운 접근 방식을 도입했다. 디자인은 각 개인의 진취성을 보여줄 수 있는 능력에 대한 믿음을 반영하는 캐주얼하고, 따뜻하고, 장난기 넘치는 환경을 구현한다.

기둥의 폭이 크고 천장이 높아 주변 산의 아름다운 경관과 나란히 있어 개방성의 아이디어를 탐구하기로했다. 건축가는 내부와 외부 사이에 창의성, 개인화, 협력을 촉진하는 장소를 만들었다. 아치 디자인은 안뜰의 개념에서 영감을 받아 다양한 높이와 너비로 프레임을 구성하여 집결이라는 아이디어에 완벽하게 조화를 이룬다. 워크스테이션은 아치로 둘러싸인 홀인 클로스터 영역에 배치되어 한쪽은 내부 건물을 향하고 다른 한쪽은 안뜰을 내려다보는 배치이다. 뜰은 밝고 야외광장으로 개방되어 있으며, 나무 아케이드와 여러 개의 출입구로 둘러싸여 있어 워크스테이션과 안뜰을 연결한다. 전형적인 사무실의 위계질서를 해체하기 위해 작은 그룹과 호흡 공간을 가진 휴먼 스케일의 접근방식으로 레이아웃을 만들었다.
