The House is located in a steep and rocky hillside covered in the local wild vegetation, from which you can enjoy a magnificent view of Canyamel Bay.

The plot is accessed from the ground level; from there you can choose between a gentle zig zag path and an elevator that will take you to the main entrance.

Just as you cross the front door you are greeted by the first view of the bay, framed by the infinity windows on the living-dinner room. These magnificent views will be the backdrop for every interior space in the house. Also in this floor you will find a bedroom with an en suite bathroom, kitchen and utility room, leaving two more en suite bedrooms on the top floor.

The design is based on the following principles:

1. The creation of a sequence of stone platforms to settle the volumes built on the abrupt site.
2. The positioning of four stacked boxes that accommodate the main living spaces and frame the different sections of the landscape.
3. The closure with glass surfaces of the interstitial spaces between the cuboids and the stone podiums in order to dilute the limits between interior and exterior space.
4. The free positioning of the internal elements that define the use of the living space in the house.

The proposal gives the same importance and intensity to the design of the four rectangular prisms framing a patch of the Mediterranean Sea than the air trapped between them. That way, the interstitial space between the volumes, far from being a secondary space, becomes the true heart of the house, the place where all the different views to the bay and the hills are present at the same time, and where the materials and colours chosen reflect the bay as well as the architectural tradition in the island.

단지 현관을 건너면 해변의 첫 번째 전망을 만날 수 있고 거실에 있는 무한한 창문으로 표현되어 있다. 이 감동적인 전망은 이 집 안에 모든 실내 공간의 배경이 될 것이다. 또한 이 층에서 우리는 욕실이 있는 침실, 부엌과 다용도실을 발견할 수 있고 꼭대기 층에는 보조 침실들이 있다.

디자인은 아래의 원칙을 따르고 있다.

1. 돌밭 지대에 세워진 볼륨에 자리 잡기 위한 석조 플랫폼 시퀀스의 창조
2. 주된 주거 공간에 있고 전경의 다른 구역의 틀을 잡는 네 개의 포개진 박스의 포지셔닝
3. 실내와 실외 공간 사이의 한계를 희석시키기 위해 직육면체와 석조 포디엄 사이의 사이공간을 유리 표면으로 마감
4. 주거 공간의 사용을 정의하는 내적 요소들의 자유로운 포지셔닝

이 제안은 지중해의 작은 땅을 표현하는 네 개의 사각형 프리즘 디자인에 같은 중요성과 강도를 준다. 그래서 볼륨 사이의 사이공간은 두 번째 공간이 되는 것이 아니라 집의 심장이 되고 동시에 만과 언덕을 향한 다른 전망이 실재하는 공간, 그리고 만과 섬 안의 전통건축을 선택된 재료와 색으로 반영하는 공간이 된다.
