프란녹의 커피 전문점인 롤링 로스터는 지구 에카마이 프로젝트에 위치한 세 번째 지점과 함께 확장할 계획이다. 이 프로젝트는 주변 공간과 모든 건축가를 할당하지만, 가게의 내부와 특정 외부 영역은 테이스트스페이스가 설계한다. 매장을 도심으로 확장해 낮부터 밤까지 커피와 칵테일을 결합한 새로운 식사 경험을 제공하는 것이 오너의 과제다. 주요 테마는 '미래의 편안함과 새로운 경험'이다. 제3의 물결 커피를 콘셉트로 한 미각공간은 '평행 세계'라는 새로운 아이디어를 제안하는데, 이는 우리와 평행하지만 반대 방향으로 움직이며 여전히 같은 시간의 틀에 있는 세상이다.
이 개념은 세 잎의 세계(과거/현재/미래)를 커피/고객/칵테일의 세계로 대체하여 제품과 기능성을 강조한 것이다. 세 가지 카운터 디자인이 소개되어 있는데, 커피 카운터, 웰컴 카운터, 칵테일 카운터가 모두 원형의 기능 디자인으로 하나로 결합되어 있다. 이 카운터들의 중심 위치는 직원, 바텐더, 바리스타 등이 응대하여 상점의 어느 부분에서나 보이는 무대와 같은 초점을 만든다.
프로젝트의 도전적인 부분은 시각적으로 매력적인 디자인을 유지하면서 직원들에게 편리한 기능을 제공하는 것이다. 카운터는 태양 고리처럼 작용하여 카운터의 시야를 태양계처럼 확장한다. 매장 내부의 분위기와 톤은 밝은 색상에 초점을 맞추고 있으며 카운터와 계단을 돋보이게 하기 위해 갈색 메탈 느낌을 강조했다.
Rolling Roaster, a coffee shop from Phran Nok, is planning to expand with its third branch located in The Earth Ekamai project. The project allocates surrounding spaces, and all architects, but the shop's interior and certain external areas are designed by TasteSpace. The owner's challenge is to expand the shop into the city, providing a new dining experience from daytime to nighttime, combining coffee and cocktails. The main theme is "Future Comfort and New Experience." Building on the concept of Third Wave Coffee, Taste Space proposes a new idea called "Parallel World," a world that runs parallel to ours but in the opposite direction, yet still within the same timeframe.
This concept replaces the three-leaf world (Past/Present/Future) with a world of Coffee/Customer/Cocktail, emphasizing products and functionality. Three counter designs are introduced: Coffee Counter, Welcome Counter, and Cocktail Counter, all united by a circular function design. The central location of these counters serves staff, bartenders, and baristas, creating a focal point resembling a stage visible from any part of the shop.
The challenging part of this project is to provide convenient functionality for staff while maintaining a visually appealing design. The counters act like solar rings, expanding the view of the counters to resemble a solar system.
The mood and tone inside the shop focus on bright colors, with a specific emphasis on brown metallic for the counters and stairs to make them stand out.
