This project is situated in the renowned bustling district of Roppongi in Japan, and offers a unique setting with views of small buildings and commercial structures to the east in a park landscape. The diagonally sloped slabs toward the park create various cross-sections for space for each floor. By combining the slabs with folding windows, light and air flow into the interior as if gliding across the ceiling. The interior is designed with skip-floor layouts on diagonal slabs, creating various studio spaces. The architect blends work style and lifestyle, generating a more flexible and innovative urban living concept.
이 프로젝트는 일본의 대표적인 번화가 롯폰기에 위치하며, 작은 건물들과 동쪽의 상업 건물이 보이는 공원의 풍경을 갖는 특별한 환경에 있다. 공원 쪽으로 기울어진 대각선의 슬라브는 각 층의 공간이 다양한 단면을 갖도록 쌓여 있다. 슬라브와 접이식 창문을 결합함으로써 빛과 바람이 천장에 미끄러지듯 실내로 들어온다. 내부는 대각선 슬라브에 스킵플로어 형태로 다양한 스튜디오 공간으로 설계되어 있다. 건축가는 업무 스타일과 라이프스타일을 혼합하여 더욱 유연한 새로운 도시 생활 방식을 만들어 낸다.
