Built with a unique design for Hong Kong's well-being and health industry, the 20-story H Zentre is located in the heart of Tsim Sha Tsui. There are two floors selling beauty products, 10 floors consisting of medical and beauty clinic facilities, and F&B facilities on the top five floors. It is easy to clean using smooth flooring and walls commonly used in hospitals, and it is characterized by rounded corners with a design that considers the efficiency of the working movement. White and brass colors create a healthy and hygienic look with modern and luxurious textures. Automatic doors and fixtures provide out-of-touch access to most facilities and are suitable for buildings in cities that require distancing in their lives due to infectious diseases such as COVID-19.

홍콩의 웰빙 및 건강 산업을 위해 독특한 디자인으로 지어진 20층 높이의 H Zentre는 침사추이 중심부에 자리 잡고 있다. 미용제품을 판매하는 2개 층과 의료 및 미용 클리닉 시설로 구성된 10개 층, 그리고 F&B 시설이 최상부 5개 층에 배치되어 있다. 병원에서 흔히 사용하는 매끄러운 바닥재와 벽재 등을 사용하여 청소가 용이하며, 작업 동선의 능률성을 고려한 디자인으로 모서리를 둥글게 처리한 것이 특징이다. 백색과 황동색은 현대적이고 고급스러운 질감으로 건강하고 위생적인 모습을 연출한다. 자동문과 고정장치는 대부분의 시설에 손이 닿지 않고 접근할 수 있도록 하며, 코로나-19와 같은 전염병으로 생활 속 거리두기가 필요한 도시의 건물에 적합하다.
