Ruian Qiaomao Tower

 

뤼안은 전 세계적으로 전기 자동차 부품 분야로 알려진 지역이며, 신에너지를 활용한 자동차 산업 부문에서 중요한 연결고리 역할을 하고 있다. 건축가는 급속한 발전을 이룬 도시와 신에너지 자동차 산업에서의 ‘속도’와 ‘미래’ 이미지를 건축물에 반영하였다. 전진하고자 하는 추진력에서 생성되는 힘의 감각을 건축 언어로 구현하여 건축물의 매스와 구조에 거대하고 강력한 선이 생겼다. 유리 커튼월에 내장된 리본 모양의 반사판은 도시 풍경을 초현실적인 방식으로 건물의 볼륨에 삽입하며, 반사된 표면은 미래 지향적인 이미지를 더한다. 이러한 속도감이 느껴지는 건축물의 형태는 물질적, 추상적 수준에서의 건축 언어의 한 형태로서 도시적인 특성을 강화한다.

 

뤼안 차오마오 타워는 1층 전면부의 광장, 연단, 타워의 세 부분으로 구성되어 있다. 연단에는 상업 공간과 강당이 포함되어 있으며, 타워는 주로 사무실 영역으로 구성된다. 이렇게 분리된 기능적인 모듈은 직접적인 연결성이 없지만, 커다란 리본 모양의 오목한 형태가 영역을 가로지르며 외부와 내부를 연결한다. 또한 실내 전망대는 1층의 입구와 광장부터 도시 전체의 흐름을 내려다볼 수 있어 응집력 있는 도시 이미지를 느끼게 한다.

 

 

 

Ruian is a region globally recognized for its electric vehicle components and plays a crucial role in the automotive industry using new energy. The architect reflected the themes of “speed” and “future” from the rapidly developing city and the new energy automotive industry in the building. The sense of power generated by the drive to move forward is expressed through architectural language, resulting in large, powerful lines in the building's mass and structure. Ribbon-shaped reflectors embedded in the glass curtain wall insert the city's landscape into the building's volume in a surreal manner, and the reflective surface adds a futuristic image. The form of the building, which conveys a sense of speed, strengthens the urban character in a form of architectural language on both material and abstract levels.

 

The Ruian Qiaomao Tower is composed of three parts: a plaza at the front of the first floor, a podium, and the tower itself. The podium includes commercial spaces and an auditorium, while the tower mainly consists of office spaces. Although these functional modules are separated without direct connectivity, a large ribbon-shaped concave form crosses the areas, connecting the exterior and interior. Additionally, the interior allows for a cohesive urban image, offering views of the flow of the entire city from the first-floor entrance and plaza.
