푸라디에스는 탁 트인 산의 풍경, 무성한 푸른 초원, 작은 호수와 풍부한 신선한 공기가 활력을 더하는 잘츠부르크의 레오강(Leogang)에 위치한 자연 리조트다. 가족이 운영하는 이 리조트는 이름에 걸맞게 휴식을 추구하는 사람들과 스포츠 애호가를 위한 천상의 시설을 제공한다. 기존에 게스트 룸이 있는 농장이었던 건물을 리조트로 개조하였고, 스키, 자전거, 등산 애호가들이 산 정상을 오르며 쉬어가는 안식처가 되었다.

 

건축가는 주변의 산세가 보여주는 인상적인 풍경에 초점을 맞추어 이 리조트를 계획했다. 방문객의 수요에 따라 새로운 스파 컨셉의 공간을 제안했으며, 웰니스와 스포츠 영역이 주요 프로그램으로 포함됐다. 피트니스, 요가룸, 라운지 등이 포함된 새로운 건물은 자연 지형과 혼합하여 동심원의 열로 배치되어, 어느 방향에서 접근하든 내부의 스파, 초원, 언덕을 마주하는 각각의 색다른 뷰를 만들어 낸다. 웰니스와 숙소, 레스토랑으로 분할된 방을 연결하는 라운지에는 개방적인 독특한 벽난로, 화분과 융단을 배치하여 아늑한 곳에서 휴식을 취하며 경치를 즐길 수 있다. 상층에는 호수, 수영장, 하늘의 인상적인 전망을 바라볼 수 있는 고급스러운 레스토랑이 있다. 레스토랑과 인접한 테라스의 돌출된 지붕의 기울기는 보는 각도에 따라 풍경에 대한 인식에 강한 영향을 주며, 건축적 실루엣을 다채롭게 변화시킨다.

Puradies is a nature resort in Leogang, Salzburg, where panoramic mountain scenery, lush green meadows, small lakes and an abundance of fresh air add vitality. The family-run resort lives up to its name, offering heavenly facilities for relaxation seekers and sports enthusiasts. A former farm building with guest rooms has been converted into a resort and is now a haven for skiing, biking, and hiking enthusiasts to rest after a day in the mountains.

 

The architects planned the resort with a focus on the impressive views of the surrounding mountains. In response to visitor demand, a new spa concept was proposed, with wellness and sports areas as a key part of the program. The new buildings, which include fitness, yoga rooms, lounges, and more, are arranged in concentric rows that blend into the natural terrain, creating different views of the spa, meadows, and hills within, no matter which direction it is approached from. The lounge, which connects the rooms divided into wellness, accommodation, and restaurant, has a unique open fireplace, flower pots, and carpets, creating a cozy place to relax and enjoy the views. The upper floors feature a luxurious restaurant with impressive views of the lake, pool and sky. The slope of the overhanging roof of the terrace adjacent to the restaurant strongly affects the landscape depending on the point of view, creating various architectural silhouettes.
