Casa Alto de Pinheiros Apartment

건축 프로젝트에 쓰인 재료와 분위기(기본 선, 목재 표면, 녹색 식물과 돌)과 같은 몇 가지 기본 조건에도 인테리어 디자인에 쓰인 기본 컨셉을 고려했다. 카사 알토 데 핀헤이로스 건물이 제공하는 모든 경험을 적절하게 충족시켜준다. 4인 가족(부부, 다른 연령의 자녀 2명)의 라이프스타일이나 행사가 있을 때 친구들을 초대하는 등의 일반적인 관습 또한 고려하였다. 지인 초대와 일, 공부, 휴식, 잠자기, 요리 등 현대 생활에 필수적인 활동으로 여겨지는 것들이 주변 환경 디자인에 흡수되어 있다.

 

소셜 영역(거실, 주방, 발코니, 홈시어터)
소셜 영역은 하나의 큰 공간으로 되어 있는 주방은 개폐할 수 있게 하여 다양한 연출이 가능하도록 하므로 공간과 용도의 통합을 우선시하였다. 창을 통해 보이는 전망과 인테리어의 핵심인 함께 방의 전체를 둘러싸고 있는 책장은 시각적 연속성을 보여준다. 거실까지 이어지는 발코니에서는 식사를 할 수 있는 공간이 있어 가족 행사도 할 수 있다. 바비큐 시설과 아일랜드 식탁을 갖추고 있으며 거실과 다이닝 공간과도 연결되어 있다. 또한 주방과 거실 사이에 대형 카운터를 배치하여 개폐가 가능하도록 하여 보다 프라이버시하고 정리된 환경을 조성할 수 있도록 하였다. 거실은 넓고, 사람들과 모임을 가질 수 있는 편안한 좌석들이 있으며 부부의 와인 컬렉션이 전시된 와인 저장고도 놓여 있다. 거실 옆으로는 책장 안에 있는 것 같은 느낌을 주는 프라이빗하고 아늑한 영화관람이 가능한 홈시어터가 있다.

 

마스터 스위트룸 + Mr. and Mrs. Baths
마스터 스위트룸에 들어가면 유리문으로 된 대형 옷장이 보인다. 부부의 준비과정과 일상을 위해 전체적으로 실용성을 고려한 목공작업으로 되어 있다. 중앙 부분에는 지지가능한 퍼프와 다양한 액세서리를 위한 가구가 있다. 침실은 간접조명이 비춰주고 천으로 씌워진 침대와 사이드 테이블이 있다. 그 앞에는 편안히 앉아 잠시 책을 읽거나 TV를 시청할 수 있도록 공간과도 어울리는 안락한 의자가 놓여 있다. 욕실은 남성용과 여성용 욕실이 따로 구분되어 있으며 두 곳 모두 동일하게 임페리얼 브라운 대리석 타일을 사용하였다.
Suite 01: 수수한 느낌의 색상과 편안함을 선호하는 젊은 성인을 위해 디자인되었다. 캐비닛은 전체적으로 유리로 마감하여 공간은 보다 넓어 보이게 하는 효과를 내고 부분적으로 실내의 볼륨이 드러나게 해준다. 목재를 사용한 헤드보드에는 간접조명을 위해 두 개의 스콘스와 테이블이 있다. 침대 앞 벽에는 매일 홈 오피스와 TV로 사용할 수 있는 벤치가 놓여있다. 욕실은 녹색 세라믹과 카라라 베나티노 대리석으로 되어 있다.
Suite 02: 어린이를 위해 디자인되었으며 보다 다채로운 분위기를 연출하였다. 밀짚으로 둘러싸인 캐비닛을 통해 따뜻함과 아늑함이 있는 공간으로 만들었고 캐비닛 내 물품의 환기에도 유용하다. 커다란 옷장들과 학습을 위한 책상도 놓여있다. TV 앞에는 소파처럼 보이는 베개가 많이 놓여있는 침대가 있다. 욕실 역시 카라라 베니토 대리석과 블루 세라믹으로 마감되어 있다.

 

The general concept of this Interior Design took into consideration some initial conditions, such as the architectural project with its materiality and mood (pure lines, wooden surfaces, green vegetation and stone). This would allow the apartment to be a proper extension of the whole experience provided by the Casa Alto de Pinheiros building. The lifestyle of a family of four (a couple with 2 kids of different ages) was also taken into account, along with the common habit of welcoming friends for events at home; Activities such as receiving, working, studying, relaxing, sleeping and cooking are all considered as essential dynamics in contemporary living, and were here absorbed for the design of environments.

 

Social area (Living, Kitchen, Balcony, Home Theater)
The social area prioritizes the integration of spaces and uses, as it is distributed as a single large space, where the kitchen can be closed or opened in order to create different moments. In addition to the view, the major protagonist is the bookcase that outlines the entire perimeter of the room, ensuring visual continuity. The balcony is integrated into the living room, serving as a gourmet space where family events can take place. Equipped with a barbecue and an island, this space also connects with the living and dining areas. In addition, a large counter is placed in the division between the kitchen and the living room, with the possibility of closing it through doors, thus creating an environment with more privacy and organization. The living room is even more spacious and has plenty of comfortable seating for meetings with friends, as well as a wine cellar displaying the couple's wine collection. Next to the living room – and as if it were inside the bookcase – there is the home theater, where it is possible to have private and cozy cinema sessions. Both in this environment and throughout the rest of the apartment, there was a precise curatorial work of furniture and design for the composition of spaces.

 

Master Suite + Mr. and Mrs. Baths
When entering the master suite, you can find a large closet illuminated with glass doors, revealing a whole functional woodworking for the couple's organization and routine. In the central part, there is a support puff and also a piece of furniture for various accessories. In the bedroom, we have an upholstered bed with indirect lighting, as well as side tables. In front of it there is an armchair that guarantees comfort and a place for a moment of reading or watching TV. Bathrooms are divided into Mr and Mrs bathrooms and tiled identical and elegantly in Imperial Brown marble.
Suite 01: Suite 01 was designed for a young adult who prefers sober colors and lots of comfort. The entire closure of the cabinets is made of glass, allowing a visual expansion of the space and partially revealing the interior of these volumes. The wooden headboard has two sconces for indirect lighting and loose side tables for support. On the wall in front of the bed, we have a bench that will work on a daily basis as a home office and also a television. In the bathroom, Carrara Venatino marble was chosen as the coating, in addition to green ceramics.
Suite 02: Suite 02 was designed for a small kid, with a more colorful atmosphere, and straw-enclosed cabinets that bring warmth and coziness to the space, in addition to helping to ventilate the stored items. Built into the volumetry of the closet, there is also a support desk for studies and school work, as well as a bed in front of the TV that looks like a sofa and counts with lots of pillows. The bathroom is also clad in Carrara Venatino marble along with blue ceramic.
