취향이 깃든 욕실
욕실은 지극히 사적인 동시에 필수 불가결한 역할을 수행하며 주거 내 여느 공간과 달리 구조와 기능면에서 독보적인 특징을 가진다. 과거의 욕실은 집 안에서 숨겨야 할 공간으로 터부시되었다. 현대의 욕실은 스파를 즐기거나 개인적인 시간을 보내는 등 여러 콘텐츠를 갖춘 멀티룸이자 럭셔리를 증명하는 공간으로 존재감을 드러낸다.

 

중흥 더 테라스의 욕실은 집주인의 럭셔리 취향을 면밀하게 담았다. 욕실 바탕은 우아한 패턴이 돋보이는 1,200X600 사이즈의 비앙코 카라라 타일로 줄눈을 최소화하여 공간을 단정하고 확장되어 보이게 한다. 타일이 배경지의 역할이라면, 수전은 조형적인 성격이 강해 욕실의 포인트가 된다. 라우체 클래식 시리즈는 제품명에서 알 수 있듯 감도 깊은 우아함이 느껴지는 장식적인 디자인으로 욕실에 새로운 영감을 부여한다.

 

샤워부스와 화장실 공간을 박스 형태로 짜 넣어 프라이빗함을 갖춘 것은 물론 청결 관리도 수월하게 했다. 샤워실은 수전 구조물을 클래식 7312 매립 레인샤워로 하여 정갈함을 더했고, 널찍한 규모의 타일 조적 하부 선반에 두 개의 세면 공간을 만들어 욕실이 붐빌 걱정도 없다. 돛단배 디자인의 지오바나 128 욕조와 클래식 8712 스탠딩 욕조 수전은 앤티크한 무드를
물씬 풍기며 하루의 피로를 씻어 낼 수 있는 힐링의 장소로 거듭났다.

A Bathroom Imbued with Taste
The bathroom, while being an intensely private space, plays an essential and irreplaceable role by showcasing distinctive features in both structure and functionality compared to other areas within a residence. In the past, bathrooms were secluded and hidden within homes. Modern bathrooms, however, reveal their presence with luxury, serving as multi-functional rooms such as enjoying it as a spa or spending personal time there.

 

The bathroom in Jungheung The Terrace meticulously captures the homeowner's luxury preferences. The floor of the bathroom features 1,200x600 Bianco Carrara tiles with elegant patterns, minimizing joints to create a neat and expansive appearance. If the tiles are the background, the fixtures have a sculptural character, becoming the focal point of the bathroom. The Lauce Classic series, as the name suggests, bestows the bathroom with a profound elegance through its decorative design, providing new inspiration.

 

The incorporation of shower booths and toilet spaces in a box shape not only guarantees privacy but also facilitates easy cleanliness management. The shower area achieves simplicity by using the Classic 7312 built-in rain shower, and the spacious tiled sub-shelf accommodates two washbasins, ensuring that the bathroom is clutter free. The Giovanna 128 bathtub with a sailboat design and the Classic 8712 freestanding bathtub fixtures exude an antique mood, transforming the room into a healing place where the fatigue of the day can be washed away.
