Game Freak Office is a company that develops home video game software like the Pokémon series and games for smartphones. The office design is inspired by the "Pokémon Red Version" and "Pokémon Green Version," where the office itself is a world within the game. The lobby area, which serves as the starting point of the adventure, portrays a forest scene with recorded sounds of Pokémon cries and models of trees and creatures from the game, creating an immersive forest atmosphere. All conference room names are derived from the names of towns appearing in the game. Thanks to the design that encourages the exploration of new ideas and creates an open "field" within the office, employees are able to infuse an adventurous spirit into their everyday work. The office conveys the message that embracing an adventurous spirit is essential in creating and maintaining a unique universe, reflecting Game Freak's creative perspective.

게임프릭 주식회사(Game Freak Office)는 포켓몬스터 시리즈와 같은 가정용 비디오 게임 소프트웨어와 스마트폰용 게임을 개발하는 회사다. 사무실 디자인의 모티브는 ‘포켓몬스터 레드버전과 포켓몬스터 그린버전’으로, 오피스 자체가 게임 속 세상이다. 모험의 출발점이 되는 로비 지역은 포켓몬스터의 울음소리를 녹음한 사운드와 게임의 나무와 생물의 모델 등을 통해 비리다 숲의 모습을 그려낸다. 모든 회의실 이름은 게임에 등장하는 마을의 이름을 따서 지어졌다. 새로운 아이디어를 발굴해 사무실의 열린 ‘현장’을 떠돌도록 유도하는 디자인 덕분에 직원들은 일상 업무에 모험정신을 접목할 수 있게 됐다. 사무실은 게임프릭의 창조적 입장을 구현함으로써 독특한 세계관을 창조하고 유지하는 데 모험정신이 필수적이라는 메시지를 전달한다.
