The site has a front road to the north, and it adjoins a side street with a well-developed low-rise business district. The clients, who are brother and sister, wanted to each live on the upper fourth and fifth floors. They wanted to organize neighborhood living facilities on the basement, first and second floors, and rental studios on the third floor. They wanted the building to be well-designed, be competitive in the rental market and be a building with a good residential environment.
양재동 보이드라인
북측이 전면도로인 대지이고, 저층부 상권이 잘 형성된 이면 가로에 접해 있다. 건축주인 남매는 상층부 4, 5층에 각각 거주하고자 했다. 지하와 1, 2층은 근린생활로 3층은 임대원룸으로 구성하기를 원했다. 디자인이 잘 되어 임대 시장에서 경쟁력이 있고, 그와 동시에 거주환경이 좋은 건물이기를 원했다.
