Lluvia house is a single family residence located in Jardines del Pedregal, southern Mexico City. This is a residential area and the site is between neighboring constructions. One of the main features is that there’s a lot of natural vegetation at the back of the site, making it an important asset to the project.

As the architectural approach, the house is conceived as a solid volume that constructions along the main axis in forms of small courtyards and double heights depending on the program. This with the main intention of bringing in the house small parts of the main forest-like garden at the back and bringing in natural light among the different spaces of the house

Program of the house

In PB you will find the service and public areas. In areas of services is the guardhouse, garage for 6 cars, 2 toilets, utility room, laundry room. In public areas and there is a living room, dining room, kitchen, family and the outdoor terrace with fireplace and TV room. In N1 there are private areas, 3 bedrooms with dressing room and master bedroom with dressing room + TV room.

Concept for a dark exterior and light interior

As the house is located in the Pedregal there is a lot of black volcanic stone occupied for the foundation, the idea is that the volume on the outside has that characteristic of the black stone, therefore the color. to help the integration of the natural context with the volume.

나무와 돌, 환경을 들여온 집 루비아 224

루비아는 멕시코시티(Mexico City) 남부의 자딘 델 페드레갈(Jardines del Pedregal)에 위치한 단독 주택이다. 이곳은 주택가이며 대지는 공사 중인 부지들 사이에 있다. 주요 특징 중 하나는 대지 뒤쪽에 식물이 많아 프로젝트의 중요한 자산이 된다는 점이다.

건축적 접근법으로서, 주택은 프로그램에 따라 작은 안마당과 두개 층 높이의 형태로 주축을 따라 건축된 견고한 형태를 가졌다. 이것은 뒤에 있는 주요 숲과 같은 정원의 작은 부분을 집 안으로 들여오고, 집의 다른 공간들 사이에 자연광을 유입하려는 주된 의도를 가지고 있다.

주택의 프로그램

PB에서는 개인 영역과 공공 영역을 찾을 수 있다. 서비스 분야로는 경비실, 6대의 차고, 2개의 화장실, 다용도실 및 세탁실이 있다. 공공영역에는 거실, 식당, 부엌, 가족, 야외 테라스가 있고 벽난로와 TV룸이 있다. N1에는 개인 공간 및 드레스룸이 있는 3개의 침실과 마스터 침실이 있다.

어두운 외관과 밝은 실내 인테리어의 컨셉

이 주택은 페드레갈에 위치해 있는 만큼 기초에 많은 검은 화산석이 포함되어 있다. 이것이 그대로 외부 형태에 검은 돌을 떠올리게 하는 색상과 입면으로 드러난다. 이는 자연적 맥락과 건축물의 형태의 통합을 돕는다.
