Tsunagu House

This project was planned with a focus on “sustainability and improvement” to be considered after construction. The concepts of a “simple yet powerful concrete building frame” and “exposure” were used to prepare residents for future changes. In the initial design phase, open-plan layouts were incorporated for both the basement and the ground floor. Minimal industrial shelving and hanging reflective curtains on wires allow for flexible space separation as needed. A circulating underfloor heating system was installed as a heating option. Heat is stored in the concrete slabs, and heated indoor air is stored in the walls and roof. This ensures a comfortable indoor temperature throughout the year. Additionally, the water tank always stores 5 tons of water, which can be supplied to neighbors in need during natural disasters, contributing to the community. The design concept achieved complete integration between architecture and engineering systems. The name of the house, '’Tsunagu (linked) House,” was chosen to signify “integration” in a way that resembles “connection.”

이 프로젝트는 신축 후에 고려되는 ‘지속과 개선’을 위해 계획됐다. ‘단순하면서도 강력한 콘크리트 건물 프레임’과 ‘노출’은 주민들이 미래의 변화에 대비할 수 있도록 사용됐다. 기본 구성 단계에서 지하와 지상 1층 모두에 오픈플랜 배치가 사용됐다. 최소한의 산업용 선반과 와이어로 매달린 반사 커튼을 이용해 필요에 따라서 공간을 분리할 수 있다. 난방 시스템 옵션으로 순환식 바닥 난방 시스템이 설치됐다. 열은 콘크리트 슬래브에 저장되고 가열된 내부 공기는 벽과 지붕에 저장된다. 이로써 실내는 일 년 내내 적절한 온도로 쾌적함을 만들어 낸다. 또한, 물탱크는 항상 5t의 물을 저장한다. 천재지변 시에 물이 필요한 이웃에게 공급하여 사회에 기여할 수도 있다. 디자인 개념은 건축과 엔지니어링 시스템 간의 완전한 통합을 이루는 것을 목표로 했다. ‘통합’이라는 단어가 ‘연결’을 의미하는 것처럼 집의 이름을 ‘츠나구(연결된) 하우스(Tsunagu(link)House)’로 지었다.
