In | Out / MAIMENG Corporate Space

This project is the working and exhibition space of the clothing brand "MAIMENG," headquartered in Foshan, China. Situated next to a major urban thoroughfare, it benefits from convenient transportation. This is a comprehensive area that brings in plants, sunlight, and rainwater while accommodating user activity and sound. The entrance is concealed beside a rectangular block. The clean white tones of the polished cement create a serene atmosphere and reveal well-organized sides. On the second floor, discontinuous walls surround a square corridor. The separated yet connected relationship of the walls creates a tranquil spatial atmosphere, providing separation from the hustle and bustle of the outside.

이 프로젝트는 중국 포산(Foshan)에 본사를 둔 의류 브랜드 메이멍(MAIMENG)의 작업 및 전시 공간이다. 도시 간선도로 옆에 위치하여 교통이 편리하다. 이 공간은 식물, 일광, 빗물을 내부로 들이는 동시에 사용자의 소리와 활동을 수용하는 포괄적 공간이다. 입구는 직사각형 블록 옆에 숨겨져 있다. 깔끔한 시멘트 마감의 화이트 톤은 차분한 분위기를 연출하며, 정돈된 옆면을 보여준다. 2층에는 불연속 벽이 비어 있는 사각형의 복도를 둘러싸고 있다. 벽의 분리되면서도 연결된 관계가 고요한 공간적 분위기를 만들어내고, 외부의 분주함으로부터 공간을 분리시킨다.
