SK hynix Cheongju SUPEX Center
청주 수펙스 센터는 SK 하이닉스 M15단지 직원을 위한 신축 업무 공간이다. 건축가는 공간의 기능성을 높이고, 근무자들을 위한 편하고 쾌적한 공간 경험을 중심으로 공간을 설계했다. 수펙스 센터는 남측 부지와 북측 부지의 레벨 차이를 이용하여 배치되었으며, 식당, 피트니스 센터, 기계실 등이 배치된 포디엄 위에 업무동, 주차동, 가드 하우스동이 유기적으로 연결된 복합 건축물이다. 이렇게 서로 다른 기능을 가진 업무동, 주차동은 유사한 색상과 질감, 패턴 등의 통일성을 가진 디자인 어휘가 사용됐으며, 열주와 지붕을 가진 가드 하우스동이 수펙스 센터의 대문 역할을 하면서 두 개의 성격이 다른 공간을 강하게 연결한다. 복합적인 공간을 하나로 묶은 통일성은 각 동의 개별성을 존중하면서 캠퍼스 전체가 하나의 건축물로 보이게 한다. 근무자를 위한 휴식 공간도 있다. 업무동과 주차동을 사이 공간은 구성원 모두가 한 번씩은 거쳐가는 공간이다. 건축가는 이곳을 바쁜 업무 사이에는 삶의 리듬과 회복의 시간을 가질 수 있는 공간이자, 다양한 식물을 식재하여 내외부를 자연스럽게 연결하는 공간으로 만들었다. 뿐만 아니라, 청주 수펙스 센터는 LEED(Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design) 인증의 실버 등급을 획득한 환경 친화적 건물이다. 지속 가능한 자원 관리와 에너지 효율성을 강조하는 것은 쾌적한 업무 환경을 만드는 것과 직결된다. 친환경 재료를 사용하고, 우수한 실내 환경을 갖춘 청주 수펙스 센터는 근무자들의 높은 생산성을 가져올 수 있는 건축물이다.
The Cheongju SUPEX Center is a newly constructed office space for SK Hynix M15 complex employees. The architect designed the space to enhance functionality and provide a comfortable and pleasant experience for workers. The SUPEX Center is situated at the level difference between the southern and northern sites, with a podium housing a cafeteria, fitness center, and mechanical rooms, topped by organically connected office buildings, parking buildings, and a guard house. The office and parking buildings, which have different functions, share a unified design language with similar colors, textures, and patterns. The guard house, with its columns and roof, acts as the main gateway of the SUPEX Center, strongly connecting the two distinct spaces. This unity ties the complex together, making the entire campus appear as a single architectural entity while respecting the individuality of each building. There is also a rest area for employees. The expanse between the office and parking buildings is one that all members pass through at least once. The architect envisioned this area as a place where employees could find rhythm and recovery time amidst their busy work schedules, as well as a space that naturally connects the interior and exterior through landscaping. Additionally, the Cheongju SUPEX Center is an environmentally friendly building that has achieved a Silver certification in LEED (Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design). Emphasizing sustainable resource management and energy efficiency is directly linked to creating a comfortable working environment. Using eco-friendly materials and providing an excellent indoor environment, the Cheongju SUPEX Center can significantly boost employee productivity.
