항저우의 새로운 랜드마크인 와일드 백은 아웃도어 라이프 스타일 경험을 위한 스토어로 자연과 내면이 연결되길 희망하는 사람들을 위한 곳이다. 일본의 스노우 피크 등 아웃도어의 대표적인 매장이 근처에 있다. 화이트벽은 웨스턴 풍의 그릴 요리를 파는 레스토랑이며, 디자이너는 돌과 풀 같은 산의 자연적인 요소를 곳곳에 배치하여 도심 속에서 찾을 수 있는 오아시스 같은 공간으로 레스토랑을 만들었다. 가상의 캠핑장을 탐험하면서 방문객들은 기대와 새로운 발견으로 가득 찬 하이킹 여행을 하는 기분을 느낄 수 있다. 공간 내부 디자인은 기존의 건축 구조와 질감을 유지하면서 시간이 남긴 자연스러운 흔적을 부각한다. 특별히 제작된 가구들은 캠핑장에서 쉽게 만날 수 있는 장작더미를 연상하게끔 만들며, 간결함하면서도 거친 느낌으로 캐주얼한 분위기를 형성한다.

A new landmark in Hangzhou, Wild Back is a store for outdoor lifestyle experiences for those who wish to connect with nature and their inner selves. Nearby are iconic outdoor lifestyle stores such as Japan’s Snow Peak. Wild Back is a restaurant that serves Western-style grilled food, and the designers incorporated natural elements from the mountains, such as stones and grass, to create an oasis-like space that can be found in the city. By exploring the virtual campsite, visitors can feel like they are on a hiking trip filled with anticipation and new discoveries. Exploring the imaginary campsite, visitors can feel like they’re on a hiking trip, filled with anticipation and new discoveries. The interior design of the space highlights the natural traces left by time while retaining the existing architectural structure and textures. The specially crafted furniture is reminiscent of firewood piles found in a campsite, and creates a casual atmosphere with a simple yet rough feel.
