심천(선전, Shenzhen) 복전(푸톈, Futian)의 높은 언덕에 위치한 보이신 오가닉은 농장에서 바로 식탁으로 오는 형태의 중국 현대 요리를 제공하는 식당이다. 레스토랑은 전통적인 아름다움을 표현한 인테리어와 ECOCERT 인증을 받은 그의 농장에서 키운 재료들을 사용한 음식, 고대의 중국 요리들을 파인다이닝 경험을 제공한다. 건축주는 라운지, 파인 다이닝 영역, 그리고 공간 내 110m2 규모의 주방을 설계할 것을 요청했다. 레스토랑은 맞춤 생산한 볼록렌즈를 통해 들어오는 빛으로 사람들에게 인테리어에 대한 궁금증을 유발하고, 눈부신 햇빛을 막아주는 우뚝 솟은 황동 파사드로 계획됐다. 이 레스토랑은 계곡에서 피크닉을 즐기는 분위기 안에서 식사할 수 있는 곳이다.

Voisin Organique, which is located in the tall hill of Futian, Shenzhen is a restaurant which serves modern Chinese cuisine coming from the organic farm to table right away. The restaurant provides interior expressing traditional beauty and fine dining experience with an ancient Chinese cuisine made with ingredients from his farm with ECOCERT certification. The owner asked to design a lounge, a fine dining area, and a 110-square-meter kitchen in the space. The restaurant is planned as a towering brass façade that attracts people's curiosity about the interior with the light coming through custom-made convex lenses and prevents the dazzling sunlight. This restaurant is a place where you can eat in an atmosphere where you can enjoy picnics in the valley.
