River House is a 1,200 square meters construction designed in a wooded area of Valle de Bravo. This project is composed of two spaces, one private and one open divided by a river that starts at the main entrance and surrounds the entire house. This grand project harbors an underground wine cellar with the ideal temperature and lighting, it has a capacity of 400 bottles. Next to it, we can also find an underground high-tech multimedia room.
On the terrace, you will find an exterior kitchen worthy of the best chefs in the world with a stone oven, Viking Grill, Teppanyaki iron facing a dining table for 14, lounge areas, pool, and gas chimney. The interior kitchen and its 6 meters high ceiling gives service to the breakfast room which is surrounded by a steel and glass structure facing the garden, river and surrounding forest, and to the interior 12 seat dining room. After dinner, you may enjoy the main living room alongside the double-height main entrance with a wood fireplace that warms the whole house on chilly evenings.
The private area, a three-level section, contains 5 bedrooms, each with its own bathroom and balcony created to enjoy alone time facing the river. On the lower level, there is a full spa with sauna, Hamman and massage area. At the turn of every corner, you find interior gardens that intertwine open and closed spaces.
The house is composed of several volumes, with slanted ceilings that meet at a central point. The highest area is the one containing three levels that harbor private bedrooms and private family areas. The second volume, with two high ceilings levels, contains the social and service areas. The interior living and dining room beside the exterior living and dining areas lead to a terrace that allows connecting with the outdoor. The pool alongside the social area makes a transition between the house and the exterior landscape.
리버 하우스는 1200평방미터의 건물로, 브라보 발레의 숲이 우거진 지역에 설계되었다. 이 건물은 정문에서 시작하여 집 전체를 감까고 있는 강으로 나누어진 개인 공간과 개방 공간 두 개로 구성되어 있다. 이 프로젝트에는 이상적인 온도와 조명을 갖춘 지하 와인 저장고가 포함되어 있고 약 400병 가량의 와인을 저장할 수 있다. 그 옆에는 첨단 멀티미디어실도 있다.
테라스에는 14인용 식탁을 마주보는 돌오븐, 바이킹 그릴, 라운지, 수영장, 굴뚝 등이 갖춰져 세계 최고의 주방으로도 손색이 없다. 실내 주방과 6미터 높이의 천장은 정원, 강, 숲에 면한 철제·유리 구조로 둘러싸인 조식실과 실내 12인승 식당으로 서비스를 제공한다. 저녁 식사 후에는 집 전체를 따뜻하게 하는 나무 벽난로가 있는 안방에서 쌀쌀한 저녁시간을 보낼 수 있다.
3층에는 개인 침실 5개가 있으며 각 침실에는 강을 바라보며 혼자만의 시간을 즐길 수 있도록 전용 욕실과 발코니가 있다. 낮은 층에는 사우나, 터키식 목욕탕 및 마사지 공간이 있는 풀 스파가 구성되었다. 모퉁이를 돌면 열린 공간과 닫힌 공간이 뒤엉켜 있는 실내 정원이 있다.
집의 비스듬한 천장은 중앙 지점에서 만난다. 가장 높은 권역은 개인 침실과 개인 가족 공간이 있는 3층짜리 공간이다. 두 번째 영역에는 친목 및 서비스 영역이 포함되어 있다. 외부 거실과 식당 옆에 있는 실내 거실은 야외와 연결되는 테라스로 이어진다. 친목도모를 위한 공간과 나란히 있는 수영장은 집과 외부의 풍경 사이에서 전환된다.
